Man....I'm trying to redo my XLR caddy and talk about frustrating. I didn't realize just how curved the side windows are.....then I see your video and you cake walk it!!!! I'm going to try your method.
It's ok though because I used to hobby tint back in the day so I'm slowly getting back into it. I just finished my daughter Honda CRZ and that back window took me 2 tries but as cheap as it is to just buy a 100 foot roll......I could mess up 10 times and still be ahead of the game.
Some of the frameless windows get under estimated. But do have a more significant curve than others. With enough practice you will learn how to read the film and see how it wants to naturally shrink and lay down
