Making of Easy Chocolate cake with Chocolate buttercream Frosting
Maida ( All Purpose Flour ) - 1 Cup
Sugar - 1 Cup
SOda bicarbonate - 1tsp
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Cocoa powder - 3 tbs
Egg - 1 nos
Refined oil - 1/2 Cup
Thick butter milk - 1/2 Cup
lukewarm water - 1/2 Cup
instant coffee - 1/2 tsp
Butter - 100 gms
Icing sugar - 2 Cups
Fresh cream - 3 tbs ( Total )
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
Cocoa powder - 3 tbs (Total )

Mam ee cake i substitute with wheat flour and jaggery powder and avoid the egg..its yummy too..remaining ingredients are same..it also gives the same soft cake
Easiest and the tastiest chocolate cake .. just 5 mins needed for mixing and then wait .. That is it .. Yummy delicious cake . My kids 7 year old and 5 year old did the mixing part and they loved the end result .. Thank you so much 😊
