Ingredients:
For Cake
Maida (All Purpose Flour) - 1 Cup
Cocoa Powder - 1/4 cup
Baking Powder - 3/4 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
Butter - 50 gms
Granulated sugar - 1/2 Cup (to be powdered)
Condensed Milk - 1/4 Cup
Curd - 1/2 Cup
Milk - 1/2 Cup
Vanilla Essence
For Chocolate Ganache
Cooking Chocolate - 250 gms
Fresh Cream - 1 cup
Butter - 1 tbs

I made this cake without coco powder and as you said added half a banana (robusta) mashed instead of condensed milk.. It came out really yummy .. thankyou for the good recipe.. My microwave was of 700 W and we baked it for exactly 6 minutes as per your direction..thankyou for the very exact details that you provide s.Thankyou..❤

Thank you mam, I made this cake last week and it was very nice- soft and spongy but we felt the sweetness was little less than the store brought cakes. Maybe I should have added more sugar. This was the first cake I ever made and I was really happy.
