Andrew you legend, thank you so much for this! Big fan of your videos so it means a lot to be featured but your very kind words mean even more! Much love!
Yay! You made it, Dan! :D But seriously, you have a beautiful way of playing in the pocket that is super clean that I love, which is what drew me to your music in the first place. Hope to catch you guys live in the states at some point!
Wow. Never seen this guy before. What a fun, amazing playthrough to witness! So entertaining. The arrangements and orchestration of the drum parts is so good. Loved it!
@ivanbutler6079 Late on the reply, but they also released every album as Instrumental, so you can still enjoy it! Honestly, though, I highly recommend giving it another shot with the vocals, Jamie has a great voice, and the more emotional songs, especially, really get you in the feels.
Polaris are fantastic. I've seen them live a couple of times now including a very memorable night with August Burns Red. All of their albums are great but I'd recommend checking out the drums for the song Vagabond because it's so incredibly groovy
Great drummer. So musical.....And from funk/rock/soul/fusion drummer who played crossover and death metal, I can tell he has listened a lot of funk, rock, punk drummers or music..
The sluck stuck flow 😝 Dan's a beast and adds so much, this song could have a simple drum track, but as complex as it is it's not overpowering or sounding overplayed. Landmine is another one worth checking out
That's just the music, man. Throw in Jamie and his banger of a voice and get ready to bang your head! Polaris is dope af live too. I recommend checking them out.
I'm drinkin' spiced chai hot tea...have had coffee already. Every metal drummer now w the four count china breakdown beat. This guys style is groovin' and vicious🤘🏼
ruclips.net/video/-7UxHuggrSI/видео.html This guy punches a floor tom and makes it musical. If you haven't heard of Lenny "The Ox" Reece, please for all that is holy, listen to this man's S-tier feel.

Sean here! Thanks so much for the review, Andrew! Appreciate it. :)
No problem, you‘re welcome!
What a pick!
Love polaris. Their song "all of this is fleeting" is an absolute masterpiece.
This is great stuff!
Some drummers just fit the music perfectly. I feel the same way about 36 Crazyfists.
Daniel Furnari is my favourite drummer!! I enjoyed every minute of this, awesome reaction. 🤟🏽😊

Agreed! The guy indeed has a very interesting playstyle. That whole band is filled with talent though. Cheers!
ive listened to this song so much since 2020 i know the lyric timing lol, might be one of my favorite polaris songs
This band is new to me. Definitely checking them out. Love the half time in betweens.
ah well.. so checked them out... I wish I got the screaming/growling type singing. The instrumental parts though are enjoyable.

Great playing and really cool drum tone
Amazing clean sound.
I agree! 🤘

One of my favorite bands ever. Met them on their most recent tour and they signed my vinyl. Amazing band and amazing people.
Those drums sound so good, super MEATY

Wow! Now that was a highly nutritious breakfast!
Yes it was! 🙌
He's a drum related recommendation: Check out the band Tallah. Drummer is Max Portnoy.
First. You should check out Joe Longobardi from Defeater.
👀
Polaris is great. Check out Remedy as well ;)
Well.
A great performance to watch and react to.
I’m thinking we won’t be hearing much about headroom….
What band does he play for
Because this is tight !!!!!
Sorry just figured it out
