Got to admit that I didn't want to replace the exhaust in my 24. I had the SC project on my 2018 and it was a bit over the top for me, the US spec Arrow was just a bit too quiet though. This is the exact exhaust sound I'm after, sounds perfect!
I can’t totally judge from a RUclips video the sound as you’d have to hear it in real life to really know if it appeals. You understand what I mean. There are so many things that can alter what it actually sounds like that you can’t say if it is bassy enough or too loud. All I can say that out of all the Street Triple videos I’ve heard yours was the most appealing soundwise. I’d like to hear another one without all that cluncky chatter from the keys or what had you in the back. I do enjoy a bit of over-run crackle but not too much. Maybe in the next video right? So well done. Loved it
Oh without a doubt! It's so hard to capture good audio and be able to interoperate it on the viewer side. When it's cooler out, im going to try and mess around with mic placements and such. See if I can record a better video haha.
Awesome Exhaust. I had an Arrow on my mt07 in 2021 that sounded also nice but the Zard seems to be my Choice too for my striple 2023/2024. Just will wait until there is an official Version available. Cheers Motocorn
Zard is the best sounding and looking exhaust for the triple. Powder coat black. You will not lose HP. Flash the motor with DNK and get a DNA air filter.
None what so ever. Remember, stock triumph cat. Might be a SMALL difference in the 2022 vs 2024 cat but either way, same position as stock should = same readings
Love that exhaust. However there is a missing bracket on the 2023/2024 that is required to run the LV. That was actually the first exhaust i tried but couldnt get it to work because the lack of the bracket :(
can you do a video showing how you fit on the bike? can you flat foot? do you do the one foot down deal? how is the reach to the bars? is there space between rear cowl?
Probably the best sound you can get out of the 765. Would you happen to know if this slip-on will be compatible with the SC Project titanium headers rather than the OEM headers from the 2022 model?
How did the exhaust fit when you installed it? I had to put on all kinds of exhaust paste to make it fit and still think that it is leaking. I have 2021 model bike and same slip on race version of exhaust and it sounds so different than yours. Mine is so loud and feels like something is not good there. get a head ache after 10 minutes of riding :D
You mentioned Scorpion exhaust, it's louder - Zard without dbkiller has similiar noise level to Scorpion with dbkiller. I have Scorpion on my R, friend's RS with Zard so I had great chance to compare, both are sweet but Zard was like 25% more expensive.
Can you please do a drive by with this exhaust with the burble/backfire sound when you decelerate please. Would love to hear how pronounce they are. Im in the market to either get this or the yoshi. Your vid helps a ton. Thanks mate
The slip on, it’s the “ZARD Titanium Racing Slip-On Exhaust '21-'23 Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS/RR” one right? (This is the only one I found on their website)
Thanks for the video again. Lovin' the sound of the exhaust as well and I'm getting used to all the back talk she's doing. BTW, I got it to fit with the rubber grommet/bushing or whatever it's called.
Damn this is the best one yet. Also what do you use to record? You should better than half these bike reviewers lol. Lastly I see ur a short king like myself, did u go with a shorter seat on the Rs?
SHORT KING! I appreciate it! I used a GoPro Hero 9 with an ND8 filter, Chin mounts, and a DJI wireless mic in my helmet! I did have the shorter seat, but i found it was quite sharp in the thighs and its not a TON lower than stock. Stock feels better all around
Personally, I think this one sounds better. There's some sort of tone the zard makes that just sounds so damn clean. Haven't heard any other exhausts in person :)
I've talked to a triumph dealer owner a while ago and he had an older RS come in were the owner said the bike doesn't pull. So they tested it with the aftermarket exhaust. And then again with the Standard exhaust. And the difference was 8hp. That's not 1-2 or 3 HP. Would you still do it?
Exhaust look nice and sound awesome I just had Cascade Moto Portland in stall Pro Race exhaust on my Speed Triple RS got questions you know anything about DNK Tuneworks I’m thinking order one for my bike great video keep up the good work thanks for sharing 🏍️ 🙏
I cannot hold my small knowledge of weighty matters back any longer. Back-pressure in internal combustion engines is fuel exhaust crudding up the flow of fresh combustant into the cylinders. And occupying subsequent available free space outside the exhaust port and in the exhaust pipe. Combustion efficiency is aided by ideal laminar flow, not pipeline volume bottlenecks, or pressure equalisation after combustion in terms of chamber stroke in/out stages. The exchange of volume is a stage trick, a Panama Canal rather than a continuous unbroken line of flow. Other exhaust path restrictions, or even flow impedances like atmospheric drag rely on a mechanical advantage to complete exhaust path progression. I must presume here that ppl thinking of backpressure actually mean drag. The same drag talked of in aerodynamics friction: the greater body of atmospheric air is a static mass that is pushed against, like a bullet impact the shock force is distributed/spread against this greater static resting mass at a proportionate push rate greater than the static payload mass of the craft and gravity. So fixxed wing aircraft fly forward at a rate faster than they falls, which emerges as a kind of flight buoyancy. I hope this sheds some light.
I'm absolutely with you, a great sound and smooth feeling bike is way more important than a few hp on top... I'm personally gonna flash my ecu (2020 model) as well, just because it can be smoother and a bit more torquey, but I don't care about the actual peak hp. Want a smooth bike with a nice sound and a beautifull look. Doubted a lot, between the Zard and the Cobra Serpentine Comp, bot look insane, sound deep and dark... But the Zard is euro 5 and that's a pre here in these areas. Especially if I go ride in the country next to me where everyone wears helmets for riding a bycicle, no not mountainbiking, families on bicycles. Control and regulation freaks 🤣
@@Stanley88845 Bro if you want to HEAR the REAL Sound I will be at Willingham Woods on Sunday around 3. Squires about 12ish or Strawberry fields about 1 30 come and have a listen

The snoring of this exhaust became softer and more pleasant to hear.
Looks sick, personally I prefer sc or spark exhaust cause of the S loop which looks sick
