I’ve found that the colder all your ingredients are that the higher your biscuits will rise. I keep all ingredients in the freezer except for milk and I even mix everything in a bowl that sitting in another bowl of ice. You’ll be surprised how high they’ll rise.
I’ve noticed that too, I’ve made them outside on some really cold mornings and they tend to rise up more. A Chef once told me to put a tablespoon of ice water into tie mix. I’ll try your method, it’s so good when they rise up a lot. Thanks for watching and for the tip.
