Awesome job Hussey!!! Your right, biscuits are HARD and then cooking them on the Blackstone adds even more to it, but you NAILED IT!!!!! Now I need to work on my biscuit game !! BTW I have Sir Mix Alots song Buttermilk Biscuits stuck in my head now......lol
I agree - they are an art! I’m 57 and still experimenting with them. A few times I’ve made some really good ones, but then I don’t remember what I did the next time I try!
Hungry Hussey that sounds good for camping. Biscuit and gravy . Can’t wait for my next camping trip. As always Thank You, Hungry Hussey. 👍 You and your family stay safe 😷😷😷😷
I don’t believe I have ever seen you so excited! Congratulations! My wife agrees that making biscuits is an art. She wants us to try some in the Blackstone.
great one Matt. now i have to try my hand at biscuits. i know i will never beat my mom. but worth the try. One more thing. please get some bigger hoodies in the merch shop i need 3xl or 4 xl looking for one in black. . love the page keep up the great work. looking forward to seeing you hit 100k followers.
My mother in law could make a pan of biscuits without rolling them out and they were perfect every time! Your biscuits are outstanding! I’d eat’em anytime!
Biscuits looked awesome I ate breakfast at a Bob Evan's and ever since then I have been infactuated with fried biscuits. Enjoyed the excitement you had on you face knowing you nailed the process!! I have a blackstone but haven't used it much.
Sure looked like some bomb biscuits, Huss. Really well done! You are truly a griddle master!! Wish I was there to share the taste test. A lil' strawberry jam and some of the Kerrygold and I'd be in heaven. Thanks very much for the fun video, buddy. Take care until next time, my friend!
Have some leftover buttermilk (from ranch dressing recipe) we need to use up in next couple days... Going to try using w/ Bisquick (it's what we have 😂) and throwing on stove griddle. Thank you!
I've never seen them cooked on a griddle before, either. I'm thinking. On a Weber kettle, on a Lodge pizza pan. Yes, some smoke wood, as well! (I just might fry some Bacon, on that pan, before, too.) Oh, PLEASE keep rapeseed oil out of your body! Yes, there really is no "canola" plant, that produces oil. Canola, Canadian Oil Association. 60 years ago, rapeseed oil was poison. I am wrong. There is no living organism, that makes Canola oil. There IS a factory. (Both can be considered a "plant.") Rapeseed oil DOES come from a living plant. It also goes to a manufacturing plant. steve
Awesome cook Hussey! Wish I had some of these when we did our gravy video. We used the tube stuff but these look a hell of alot better! Def going to give this a shot! -N 👍
Hello Hussey, love what you do on the Blackstone. I have a Blackstone and used some of your ideas. I heard you on this video talk about the shadows, I think you should put some white rolling shades between the deck posts, that way when you're recoding on days when it's super sunny, you can roll those bad boys down to block that intense sun, then when you're done, roll them back out of the way. To bring the sun in. You might have to install fine LED lights out in front of you to add some extra light. Just an idea.
Looks like your getting your "Kitchen" set up nice at your new digs. Looks good. Grating the butter was a great tip. Ill try this but so far my attempts at baking on the Blackstone usually come out ...er BLACK. Biscuits looked great.
I just made those biscuits and they are good. I made them in the oven not the Blackstone. Just wanted to let you know how they turned out. Thanks buddy.
Buttermilk biscuits here we go...Roll the flour and kneed that dough.Where is the sausauge gravy oh no oh no.I do enjoy watching you cook i wanna see 👀 you do pulled pork and 321 ribs on your new smoker. You will love it.
Where did you get the cover for your Blackstone? I have the 4 burner Blackstone...have never seen it before. Looks like you have moved as well! Lol ...I enjoy your videos..
Dats what I’m talking about 🤟🤟 Here it is noon I’m not out of bed yet and you’re up in here making homemade biscuits, I can’t let my wife see this or I’ll be in the dog house
You are so funny Hussey, I love watching your videos! I'm going to make these as soon as I get a Blackstone. I'm still waiting to hear from you if you know of any online bargains for one. I think the regular 28" one.? Don't need the air fryer. Melaney from SoCal.
Great video Hussey! I decided to make these myself today and they came out pretty good but I did not get a good rise out of them, barely at all. Do you have to bunch them up right next to each other to achieve this? I did have them spaced out a little bit. Keep up the great content, you always have the greatest videos!
Hello there Hungry Hussey; My name is Tim Williams and I was watching you making Buttermilk Biscuits on the Blackstone Griddle. If you don't have a Blackstone Griddle can you use a cast iron Griddle or can you still bake them. Please let me know what's the best option to bake Buttermilk Biscuits. I'll continue to watch more of your recipes BTW I plan to make those Hoe Cakes. Have a great day and a safe prosperous one! 😀
Nothing better than a good biscuit yum yum looking good Hussey.
Thanks Hussey... i cook breakfast on my Blackstone for the family all the time... and now im fixing to add one more arrow in the quiver.
Doggie wants biscuits 🐾🐾🍪🍪
That dog wants everything from the griddle! haha
I never seen someone so excited about biscuits. Now I'm gonna have to try
Well, I've been working on them for a while. Was excited with the outcome.
That’s one of my favorites. I mix syrup and butter together on a plate and sop it up with the biscuit.
My mom mixed Karo syrup and butter and slather it on biscuits.
Found your Channel we enjoy it we live right here in Trinity NC .
That’s where we are too!
Jelly and thin sliced ham FTW!!
I know exactly that feeling of excitement after whipping up something really good. These look awesome!
I'd say the one thing that's worked for me is having cold ingredients and grating the butter.
You are amazing Hussey, you have no limits to what you can do on your Blackstone.
Hungry Hussey that sounds good for camping. Biscuit and gravy . Can’t wait for my next camping trip.
As always Thank You, Hungry Hussey. 👍 You and your family stay safe 😷😷😷😷

When you get my items for our colab, these will be part of it. 😉
They look good
Why do you have a 48-inch Blackstone ? So you can make sausage gravy while the biscuits cook. Another great video Matthew.
Amazing!! They look sooo good!! I will be making these! Thank you for the recipe! 😊😊😊

I’ve contacted a company to come and look at the space to give an estimate.
You're an artist LOL, need some sausage and gravy to compliment those beauties
There could be another video soon where I put something in between the biscuits
Oh please do that.
Wow, those look great.
Thank you! They sure were good.
Makes me want biscuits and gravy
Agreed Wayne!

Dang it boy! You told that right!
I just cut them in squares and use all the mixture at once.
Well, that's a good idea!
Great video Hussey! I decided to make these myself today and they came out pretty good but I did not get a good rise out of them, barely at all. Keeping them close helps and also not working the dough too much.
@@thehungryhussey Thanks! I will give it another shot and see if I can get them perfected.
Looking Good, Cut butter into little patties and use a Pastry / Dough Blender to cut in the butter!! Just my 2 cents. : )
I’ve tried a lot , this method has worked best for me, personally.
Looks Awesome. Is that some kind of wind guard over your grease schute?
Brother, they look jamming, we will be right over 😆
Come on!
You need some great sausage gravy with those biscuits
Biscuits and molasses!
Good stuff too! My mom would take Karo syrup and butter and eat with her biscuits.
I know you have used Neeses sausage in the past. But have you ever tried Bass Farms sausage? Like Neeses it's only available in a small area.
Roller Hikki, LOL

Where did you get the block that goes over the rear grease trap?
A fan of the channel made it for me.
That thing is awesome. They should sale them.
