    I agree - they are an art! I’m 57 and still experimenting with them. A few times I’ve made some really good ones, but then I don’t remember what I did the next time I try!

    • @steveskouson9620
      @steveskouson9620 3 года назад

      I've never seen them cooked on a griddle before, either.
      I'm thinking. On a Weber kettle, on a Lodge pizza pan.
      Yes, some smoke wood, as well! (I just might fry some
      Bacon, on that pan, before, too.)
      Oh, PLEASE keep rapeseed oil out of your body!
      Yes, there really is no "canola" plant, that produces
      oil. Canola, Canadian Oil Association. 60 years ago,
      rapeseed oil was poison. I am wrong. There is no
      living organism, that makes Canola oil. There IS a
      factory. (Both can be considered a "plant.") Rapeseed
      oil DOES come from a living plant. It also goes to a
      manufacturing plant.

    Hello Hussey, love what you do on the Blackstone. I have a Blackstone and used some of your ideas. I heard you on this video talk about the shadows, I think you should put some white rolling shades between the deck posts, that way when you're recoding on days when it's super sunny, you can roll those bad boys down to block that intense sun, then when you're done, roll them back out of the way. To bring the sun in. You might have to install fine LED lights out in front of you to add some extra light. Just an idea.
