Interesting video. It sounds as if your experience of travelling with Carnival was a bit mixed. With regard to the lack of USB sockets in the cabin, one tip that I have learned from staying in hotel rooms is that most TVs have a USB port on the back of them. Therefore, if you need an extra USB socket to charge up a device (and if you can access the back of the TV in the cabin!) then it is often possible to charge a device from the USB port on the back of the TV.
It was a mixed experience. I wonder if a different ship or destination would make a difference? Thank you for watching and thank you for the tip about extra USB ports.
@@victoriavirgo Yes - as you mentioned in the video, it is difficult to form an opinion based on one cruise and perhaps the experience would have been different on another one of their ships. Due to the location, the cruise obviously was aimed at the US market as I cannot imagine a cruise company over here not providing a kettle in the room. On the positive side, they offered any time dining rather than fixed times so it seems every cruise company will have positives and negatives.
I've been wanting to try out Carnival, looks like a mixed bag for you, mostly not great. Bummer about the food, because really the main reason I'd go on a cruise is for some good food so this is a big con for me. I've never been to Esenada but that sounds like a personal hell to me lol.
I am sure Carnival cruise is great for some people. I would be up for trying it again but I don't think my sister would. Hehe. Thanks for watching Ann.
