You two are so funny together! Sometimes Kyle is like an energetic high schooler, jumping off the front of a ride or just being goofy. Nice you have so many cycling friends -- you two deserve that.
Its that time of year when the bike gets filthy on every ride...that looked a nice chilled ride👍Well done on the talk Amy, you inspire many people👍I need to wear full winter gear this week, heated gloves are ready😉
Great video again guys. I love coming along on your rides. Maybe one day I'll be able to do it for real. Your mental health talks are also really important - not enough people talk about their struggles. Everyday trials become huge psychological obstacles that seem impossible to negotiate, and we often worry about what other people might think about us as individuals. However, a great philosopher once said; the purpose of life as a human being is to be inspired, and to inspire, and you tick both boxes Amy. Keep it all going, I look forward to your next ride TTFN.
I like it that you put the garmin stats up for the ride. Maybe a good idea for each of your rides. I often wonder how far and how long it took when I watch your vids and other similar ones.
Some old familiar places there for me. Dunstable Downs was one of my old routes to work. That view at Ashridge, Ivinghoe Beacon, which was probably my first long ride with my dad when I was 11. The top of the hill off the road has a trig point and is the start of The Ridgeway Footpath. I think your talk went well. I enjoyed it anyway. Interesting to me from a self improvement angle along with a podcast you were on that I stumbled upon. I think that it could be that you end up helping people after all via this You Tube channel by way of helping yourself and taking Kyle along for the ride, though it's looking like Kyle is brewing up for some real good rides as well. I hope he does! I don't think you have gained everything you can from cycling yet. But it looks to me that you are making good progress. To misquote Phil Anselmo, Ride long, ride legendary...🤟
Thanks Amy. Quick question - what is that Garmin model? Know nothing about them but like route being displayed , approx time, navigation as you go and the “hills” data as you cover them. Also how do you plot the route on to the garmin ahead of setting out .
Ad love to see one of your talks I live in fear it would be good to hear how you coupe . If you do one in Pinarello Manchester again al definitely have it 👍 keep going

Do get Amy's book if you haven't already done so. It's everything you would expect and more!
Hey you stopped at our local coffee stop the old school hub, after riding through Mentmore! And then up Ivinghoe Beacon, our local climb!
Hi Amy and Kyle

Stevie sounds like a top bloke with yarns by the yard .
Brave man Nige pinching Kyle’s dinner 😂

Yet another lovely video. Would you consider one in which you share how you found this amazing cycling community?

When you go to cafés, you never remove your helmets!
You did The Beacon but missed out Bison !
What made you think of that song; "everything you own in the box to the left"?
Will someone please adjust kyles helmet straps, the buckles should be just under his ears.. far safer if it’s fitted properly….
Sound not great when you turn the camera away - not usually a problem?
BTW .. Stevies beard is epic😮
How can Nigel accuse you of cheating as Kyle brought your luggage??? Nigel drove there …… lazy beggar 😂
Please take your helmets off in the cafe. 😂
