I have the Ancheer version of this bike. Ancheer's hub motor is 500W, 48V rated; battery is 48V, 7.5Ah; however the controller is only 7A rated at 48V, effectively making it a 350W bike (false advertising by Ancheer). Tires inflated to 40psi, 190lbs rider gets about 10miles range out of it, top speed is 17mph on flat, and has limited incline climb ability.
I find an adult usually gets one mile per amp hour on these ebikes. That's what I've noted in over a decade of fitting ebike kits and battery's.Always hills and many variables but over average terrain in an urban environment.
It's nice you see you don't have to bundle up with you testing out these bikes. Cute little bike. Is this the same as the one they had at Costco at one point? That's 😎 cool to see your son helping uou test ride!
Hi Jeremiah, enjoy your reviews much. I have a lectric xp like yourself and love it and was looking for smaller one like this to stick inside the corolla. The xp can go on rear bike rack at other times. Best Buy in BC Canada advertises the dyu d3 14" ebike with 350 watt rather than 250 as you have said. Although the top speed of 15 mph is the same as 250 watt 14" bikes offer. Is this battery good quality as in 500 charges without wearing out and is it easily and not too expensive to replace? As well your thoughts on motor quality? Brushless etc.
I have had no problems with the bike or the battery yet. We took it camping with us because of how small it is and rode it around the campground without issues. Battery seems easy to replace if needed. I wouldn’t want it to be my only bike but it’s great for certain situations. Not sure the cost of a replacement battery tho.
You know how hard it goes without the gaspedaal? Does it go 15 or 20? Since in my country its illegal and my himo z16 is stolen and that one only goes 15 without instead of 25? Or the 14 miles is completely without gas? But automatic Or even better does it still work if you disconnect the gas? Last time I ended up in prison for driving my himo without Id or paspoort and driving a illegal "motor" cycle
Oh, didnt know that these e-bikes actually cant climb hills themselves. You didnt show how to charge up these, is battery removable for charging? And what is max electric only range, in description it has 45km +- thats seems a bit too much :?D
Like the idea of getting power from the start. Helps with Domed intersections. Thanks for review
Thanks for the replies Jeremiah. Yes, you are thinking as I am about adding to fleet with a little compact buzz around bike.

I’ve just ordered one and can’t wait for it to arrive 😊
Great review! They both look like fun bikes. Sounds like the D3F may have a torque sensor? Good starter bikes for kids.
Great bike mate it's only £435 here in the UK that's just a big bargain 😊
Here in sweden it Cost 700 dollars
But it faster in sweden
Wow this bike is FAST!

It looks very similar to the Jetson Bolt pro that was sold at Costco but the DYU has a larger battery.
“The faster you pedal the faster the bike will go” yes sir that is how bicycles work
It looks like the jetson bolt pro
Looks like a Jetson from Costco
Looks exactly like the Jetson Bolt pro sold by Costco With a lot bigger battery.
Yes I thought it looked similar as well.

Great Review, thanks 👍🏼
Yes, as well Jeremiah. Is battery removable after taking shroud off or wired in and not meant to unless unhook terminal wires to change?
Yes you would have to unhook the wires to replace the battery.

Hi I have a dyu D3f but no pedals, it's amazing but there is a problem and the problem is that it can only go 15 km/h shouldn't it be higher?
You really need the pedals to go 25kmph
JM cool videos I’m looking for a folding fat tire ebike Samsung battery bafang rear hub motor got any good ideas I’m lost
I have many different video reviews of many different folding fat tire bikes so make sure you check them out.
Can you wheelie it
How easy to change tyres? Is it like a scooter or a normal bike
I haven’t changed them yet but it should be the same as any other bike.
How many miles can it do?
Nice review! Freudian Slip at the end, where you accidentally said DYU a couple of times. 😁
Do you think the bike would fit me, who is around 6'5?

I'm 6ft, and have just bought one. I've always looked weird, but will post a photo once it's charged up. It fits my legs, arms, etc.
Does the battery come out to charge?
