@retrobrandon I never knew how much better a Xenoblade game came until Xneoblade 3 came out. It's the first game I ever pre-ordered because either had to ha e it day one. And like I said in my review it's one of the very few jrpgs I've played where I wanted to do all the side quests which I'm not really one to do that
Xenoblade Chronicles Trilogy (well the entirety of the Xeno series dating all the way back to Xenogears anyways) is one of the greatest feats of video game storytelling to ever exist right alongside the likes of Nier/Nier Automata, Mass Effect, Sin & Punishment, and Panzer Dragoon.
@mattmaddogwheaton4724 I can't agree more with you there except for mass effect, sin and punishment, and Panzer dragoon as I don't have much experience with those games.
@mattmaddogwheaton4724 I'd also say that the Dot Hack games are up there as some of the best. Preferably the GU trilogy on ps2. The story, world building, and Character development is top tier and the gameplay is fun and addicting.
@@mechaotakugamer Ah, you really should remedy that ASAP, especially for Mass Effect as it ain't one of the pivotal pieces of video game storytelling for nuttin' y'know. It also made me imagine how a future Macross anime would go down if that particular mecha anime universe is faced with something as frightening as The Reapers.
I enjoyed your review. I just finished Xeno 3 a few weeks ago and I ADORED it!!! Loved it! Now, I am playing the DLC...and OMG! Its SO good too!! We need more games like this!
Yea lol.. amazing how much content they can put in such a small cartridge but I agree this game and 2 were very long! As soon as I heard about it I preordered! This one is a Diamond in the rough!
@@mechaotakugamerYea more bang for your buck but like anything length can get repetitive. But every game gets like that luckily thats why we gave libraries to take a break. Had to take a break from Ronan as an example played it for a month lol over 100 hours high level toon but I went back to spider man (another work if art) on ps5 and beat it finally than started Miles Morales.. DAMN Insomnia does NOT disappoint!
@@mechaotakugamerGet it the Insomniac spider-man series are really a work of art, the first game and even mile morales hits right in the feels bro, resonating emotionally! Just as good as Tom’s and toby spiderman films!
Awesome review man, always love myself some Xenoblade. It took me a while to warm up to Xenoblade 3 since a lot of the storytelling was cryptic and represented though visual means, rather than lore dumping like how Xeno 1 and 2 did. But the game is friggin' amazing regardless, and very emotional too ❤
@uppernimbus but honestly, I'm not upset by it. It just adds to the suspense, I guess, or maybe not, lol. Either way, I do like that it gave us long hair for Mio
I love this game so damn MUCHHHHHHHHH
I do too Madkaiser
I love seeing more Xenoblade Chronicles 3 love! This is absolutely one of the best on the Switch!

@thequeeng2282 thank you amd I totally agree. XENO 3 is a masterpiece in fiction
I been playing the crawl out of this game and it’s dope as heck
I really loved the 3rd game such a great amazing experience! And that ending 😢🥲😭🙌🏻🔥 PEAK FICTION.
@@Official_RetroMania agreed peak fiction
The ending was absolute perfection. Lol.
