    100s & 1000s, what an interesting cross-over from American Sprinkles. I also lose my voice all the time, but then I'm retired, live alone, and seldom have anyone around to talk to.

    Dear Lily, your pre shape and finale shape have helped me a lot. I got the most beautiful lacy crumbs because of your video !
    I also learned from one of your videos about your Magic Bread from Jocey Baker's Adventure bread. Can you share your Magic Bread recipe ? I have encountered many non gluten customers and I think your Magic Bread can solve this !

      @@LilysLoaf Thank you ! I am in NYC and I bought the Levain walnut chocolate cookie. It's divine and they don't short change you on the chocolate. On another subject, have your baked Fougasse ? 30 years ago, I saw this bread at Marseille and I am baking it now. Learned from Richard Bertinet.       No yeast, just using the starter.
