We where visiting from las Vegas a few weeks ago and we went to Not Not taco for lunch. What a great place to eat. During our lunch in walks no other then Sam the Cooking guy!!!! I was beside myself. I got to see the man, the myth, the legend in person. I could not even take the selfie!!!! Thanks Sam you are a super person and all your recipes are the BOMB!!!

I thought I was already subscribed because I've been watching your cookingness shows for at least 3 years, but, Sam, you are the cooking guy I reach for. I have made your braised short ribs with cauliflowers mash for all these three years since I saw you make it, and it's ALWAYS a hit. You are my go-to because ... no nonsense, all excellent instruction, humor, fun, and I understand your style 100%. Thank you.

This stuff never feels fake to me. He does what he wants, his way. That’s my reflection now. And even though the ingredients look a lot different now, those skills became essential in a -260lb weight loss journey that’s still going. I used to think it was just because he cussed.
Hanger Steaks DO Not make it That far down the line! You very rarely will find them in a grocery store. They are called Hanger steaks because the guys that hang the beef to break it down into primals, take them home for themselves! I just bought my first house, so budget friendly recipes and a video showcasing what you would get for the kitchen if you were just starting out would be awesome! i have a smoker, charcoal grill, cast iron, and flat top currently (along with my oven and stove) Thanks for giving me something to make!
We make something similar to this. It's one of our favorite meals. We use flat iron steak, Naan, and Mexican street corn sauce (sour cream, mayo, lime juice and garlic) with cotija cheese.
As a butcher the use of Hanger steak pleases me. WHAT A CUT!
