Managing money is different from accumulating wealth, and the lack of investment education in schools may explain why people struggle to maintain their financial gains. The examples you provided are relevant, and I personally benefited from the market crisis, as I embrace challenging times while others tend to avoid them. Well, at least my advisor does too,
Through closely monitoring the performance of my portfolio, I have witnessed a remarkable growth of $486k in the last six month. This experience has shed light on why experienced traders are able to generate substantial returns even in lesser-known markets. It is safe to say that this bold decision has been one of the most impactful choices I have made recently….
Jenny Pamogas Canaya is my Advisor. She has since provided entry and exit points on the securities I concentrate on. If you want to check her out, you may do so online. I usually trade in accordance with her strategy.
What lovely lady with brilliant ideas. She really has the vision for original old farm house.
Brings in light, and so the wider windows work perfectly for me.
Oh this is just beautiful! There’s that old saying, “I can resist anything but temptation”. I think this house falls into that category.
😉
Oscar Wilde said that
People in the U.S. need to do research first if they wish to retire in Ireland. The laws have changed since 5 years ago and currently is utterly unfavorable for most retirees. Even my Irish friends were unaware of this. Last year i started looking for my little cottage, because of the virus I couldn’t get over, but friends helped having a look at the homes I was interested in. I found it, the ONE! That was when I found that I didn’t come close to meeting requirements. The thing is, I could afford to buy (in cash), I could afford to live independently with my pension and retirement savings. Live simply. But the amount needed by the government, cash at hand and yearly income far exceeded my perfectly adequate money here. (FYI I live on the coast of California). I love Ireland so much and feel my heart is there in every way. I’m a quiet country girl and love the simple things in life. My Irish friends say I’m at home there, fitting right in. When I house sit for a friends 300 year old farmhouse on 12 acres of land in co. Carlow, the first thing I pack to bring are my grandmothers old aprons. I’m cross stitching a lovely thatched cottage at the moment, guess I can’t give up the dream...there is a saying across the bottom ‘Home is where the heart is’...Níl Aon Tinteán Mar Do Thintéan Féin ~ There’s no place like home.
Hi Wildflower, greetings from England! What degree of financial resources are the Irish Govt. Demanding for residence? I have been on fishing holidays there a few times and loved the country and the friendly people.
@@yiabwstetienne7474 hello! I agree, I think Irish people are the kindest in the world. Here are the requirements for moving, especially the revised immigration laws (in 2015). ie.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizen-services/local-resources-of-u-s-citizens/living-in-ireland/
( sections 1 and 4)
I was aware of certain financial requirements in other countries, it makes perfect sense Ireland should have them too though I am no where close to the numbers a person needs, to relocate there. And this is something that has to be done annually. Proving your net worth. I just wish to live a quiet peaceful simple cottage life there...I’ll keep dreaming! Good luck to you🙏🏻☺️☘️
@@Alpinewild444 Thankyou for your response and information links......oh dear, as you say, the onerous financial demands of the Irish Govt., Place retirement residency completely out of range. Oh well, another dream perishes, strange that people with imagination have insufficient funds whilst so many with funds have insufficient imagination!
The Californian coastal life must have it's compensations though, as does life not far from the coast in southern England.
Be happy! 😁🇬🇧🇺🇸🏴🇨🇮☘👍
IRELAND is becoming more for the rich... sad but fact....Slainte from Ireland..Eire..
@@danwebb4418 Sláinte mhaith Dermot, may God Bless us all.
I’m loving the fireplace behind you and all the charming pictures, trays, etc.
I like the Wide Windows. They light up the living spaces.
Hello from Vancouver Island Canada! I love all things Irish! Sweet series. Merci.
i forgot to add, i love what you are doing! this house is a dream, and the windows, 100% better as you’ve illustrated!
Very refreshing to see someone that’s as excited about old houses as I am now going to binge on all your posts thank very much really interesting and informative
Great value on this house, I keep telling people about houses almost like this (most of the ones I see need some work) when they tell me they can't afford a house in Ireland. This one looks like a gem. I agree with the comment about internet coverage, it can be an issue.
Thanks so much for the great video. I am looking forward to your next one. It is so nice to see such lovely countryside. It is freezing cold and snowing here in Canada. I will dream of Ireland as I shovel snow today.
Love how you illustrated the window changes. Very helpful.
I’m from Ohio in the USA. My family is descended from Sligo 😁💚
I just love your videos and pages, im hoping to be a first time buyer soon and the fact that your so honest and understanding, realistic expenses and expectations makes looking more exciting and enjoyable.
I love your kitchen fireplace! I live in the US and always tell my husband if I ever see a house with a fireplace in the kitchen, we’re buying it!
You had me at “Gingham Pinny” 😍🌸☺️ Great videos, I so want to have a cup of tea with you! Thanks for creating! Xx
Gingham piney? I’m still laughing. If I had the money and was 20 years younger. I’d be looking to buy a house in Ireland. I love old houses.
I just love your enthusiasm!! I found you on youtube. I'm an Irish/American citizen and my mum, granda, granny and family are from Northern Ireland forever. I have tons of family there. I love these cute homes that you find and just your love of homes. Ireland is just so lovely.
I really enjoyed watching you. I was in Ireland in 2017. I love being there.
Lovely! 💖 Sure you’d practically move right in!
Our €70k cottage had nothing... no heat, plumbing, electric - this house is pure luxury!
How do you cope with damp?
Ahh thanks so much, your info is great. Keep up your brilliant insights ❤️
I saw this one of Daft a while back had it faved. Thanks for confirming my suspicions about the windows and the info about having them restored. Horizontal windows are a bugaboo of mine!
It is really the dream house, i wish to live in a such countryside , i love this kind of houses
Dont stop, please. You've got the right idea and perfect concept for us that live overseas and are looking for options.
I myself am from Galway, living in NJ. Thought of going back only the Irish taxes are too high. Reason we left in the first place. US resents beware. One other thing the weather sucks ,cold and damp.
Thank you for a great talk to accompany my first cup of coffee.
Love the bigger windows, natural light!
That is unreal value for money, a good honest house and a lot of land. No outbuildings though, that is unusual.
I live in America. Born in England. Came to America with mom to be with my father. I grew up with my mom telling me about living in England, with heather filled fields. My mom moved back to England because she never really liked America. I love my country but I like to watch you tube videos of England and landscape photography. Often thought what it would be like to live in a small house or cottage, fireplace, big comfortable chair, reading good books. You video had an affect on me.." lets go". But I am old, limited mobility. So i can dream and enjoy your ability to excite. Thank you. I'll be watching for more videos. Yes ireland is a beautiful country. I worked with a guy who traveled every year to Ireland. Always had lots of praise.
Love wide windows more of the outdoors brought in..❤️❤️❤️🌸🌸💙
Great video! A real value...thanks for posting...I learned alot!
Great your back, thought you had gone. love your channel.
I love Ireland as a country and now I love to have home there , it’s really pretty and wonderful I hope one day I have a cottage in some beautiful village there !
I love your enthusiasm.
Lovely video, thank you!
Whats wrong with the larger windows?......if its a pre 1850 house it may have had smaller or post 1850 possibly double sash windows..........if you want a modern look for future resale large is best especially for the views/light
Every house that I've looked at that was priced in my comfort zone ended up selling for much more than the original price. so the sticker price is only a guide, which led me to be disappointed a number of times.
When it comes to windows, I say the bigger the better.
That's a great house at a great price. Love watching you from the Southern Tier of the Catskill Mountains in Upstate New York USA
I'm in the Hudson Valley watching. After the pandemic passes it is time to take a trip.
I love the windows the way they are! Making them smaller would block so much natural light.
What a lovely house fire place so much hard work not for me to old now to be doing more work but would love to see young people moving in it looks so friendly looking cheers
Linda Irlanda um dos países mais bonito que conheci.
Very helpful thank you 😊
I live in the US, but I'd live in that home in a heartbeat if I could find a job. So adorable!
Tara .......you could create your own job with that land growing fruit and veg or flowers.
What a find!!
You are extremely likeable and the houses you show are lovely. Have subscribed.
You are a gem!!❤
I love the house really pretty and the price very reasonable ❤️
I like the fireplace behind you.
Love it!

Just subbed - great channel!
Yes love bigger windows. More natural light.
Would love to see a follow up where you see the same houses later when they’ve been restored
You have to do a video like this for co clare!
Hello. Thank you so much for your wonderful RUclips videos. I am seriously considering purchasing a cheap home as you state. That needs to be loved. I would like to have one with the garden. My father's family is from Ireland and I'd like to be able to return to ireland.😊
nice one!
Can we have a home tour of your house! It looks 😍😍
Really great video, very interesting and you're a howl.
You are brilliant
I want it !!!
Oh ,if only...

Ahh yes - I’d seen that one - bargain!
Love this house! Wish I could buy it! Thank you Maggie! Love your videos!
Wow!!!
Yes i want it fred watkins in the us
Me too! I'm also in the US. Can't get there with the pandemic but it would be great. My grandmother was from Sligo. I need to look up the address.
I really want a home like this when i’m older but i’m not completely sure because i’ve never lived that remote and i’ve never been outside my country (australia) which is a tropical country so i might just absolutely hate the cold 😭
One thing to note, internet coverage is absolutely non existent in that area. So remote working would be a major struggle.
Great Video! Thank you! Awesome property.
I couldnt find the link? Could you please repost! Thanks
I wonder if Starlink (or similar technology) will soon make locations like this way more attractive.
Well Niall, I'm living a couple of miles up the road and I'm watching this video no problem...
YOU HAVE ONE AMAZING HAIR STYLE SIMPLY BRILLIANT
Very informative but a full video walk through would be very beneficial
I would want the windows they way they are. More light!
Amazing value, wish I lived in the west
I'm dreaming of a little cottage
This was great, but I like them better when you walk through them.
I like them better when I walk through them too 🤫 Maggie xx
Thats my neighbours house lovely 😍
I’ve just discovered you, & love your channel! But I’ve yet to discover whether I can legally live in 🇮🇪
Just watched your can I live here & the answer is yes! Hurrah!! Thank you so much! Going to have a good look around now! ✌️
i got a 20 acre property with cottage horse arena & stables for 67 shop around. ive hardly needed to do anything as cottage has oil/rads, fire place, kitchen all just short of turn key. great home.
In Ireland ?
@@mrgates7605 yes and i started an instagram page this year to follow my smallholding adventures. ive bought a 10 acre property in leitrim too. and currently shopping for my sister a nice holding.
Am guessing it must be in the West, Tipp or the North West for that money? sounds great.
Is it possible to get a link for listings like these?
Must have sold hope you got a commission on the sale
I understand preservation but people didn’t have big windows because of heat retention, not because they didn’t like them. I don’t see anyone making an argument against indoor plumbing, electricity, bathrooms or central heating
I'm watching this because you are lovely
The house has been sold and I was thinking of county Sligo as well. It looks nice inside but one HUGE disadvantage for me which is a complete deal breaker is the fact that is by what looks like very busy road...why move to countryside if you live by the road! You open the window and the only thing you hear is the traffic and the air is full of smog...
Smog in Sligo!!!! I don't think so. Plenty of rain though.
