I think many people really can’t imagine the true reasons behind other people’s decisions especially if they perceive them as ‘unconventional’ as living in a gate house might seem. For me, after having lived in Europe and USA, I’g agree that is is surprising to hear an American appreciate small spaces and their benefits (except perhaps people from NY where apartments are ridiculously small). This is such a lovely video, so many explanations for all the beautiful decorating details around the house, but also explaining how some life choices were made, the factors that you had to weigh in. I loved the video, and I feel inspired to use brighter and darker colours next time I get to redecorate a space!
I completely agree with you, beautiful house! Only thing is she isn't American, it or maybe she could be idk but if she is she has picked up an Irish accent
@@adjjal she’s American! I have followed her for years. You can find a lot of info about her work (some about her life too) in her blog, Instagram and recently Patreon!❤️
@@evaabeledopineiroa oh thank you! Thats cool to know ill have a look she seems like a really cool person
It's like a little fairytale come true 😍😍
A light colored wall paint and mirrors will make it look bigger
I think the bedroom would be really cute with an outdoor mural painted on that blank white wall across from the bed
Tiniest house, biggest dog!
This is SUCH a lovely structure! I don't think I'm really cut out for tiny-house living but they have made really good use of their space.
It’s so weird hearing her voice after reading her blog for years! Such a cool home.😊
A great big dog living in a tiny house, cute. Wish they would have shown more of him.
Those nasturtiums at your front door are gorgeous! I love them! and your gatehouse...
Her hair colour is breathtakingly beautiful
It's always nice to see other people living your dreams. Make them seem like they're realistic and it gives hope that some day it's achievable
Such an unique house, I would love to...
2:18 Yeah. I'm leaving.
I felt the same way watching the video
Oh gosh i lovw the coziness of ireland! Compared to our same boring tract houses in Arizona! But tell me howww your hair stays done since there must be high humidity there or anywhere that is really green & lush & beautiful?☺️
What a lovely house tour. I’ve been following Rebecca on Instagram for years and she shares the best photos. I can certainly understand the appeal of living somewhere so naturally beautiful (and in such a unique house), even if it is quite remote.
Hi; can you send me her insta name, please
I'd LOVE a remote area. Can't find as much land as I want anywhere near where I live. I'd like to make a small community of little houses for working poor
So we just not gonna talk about the chucky doll on the bed 🤣🤣🤪
Actually everyone is talking about it
@@xallalilies2566 I know that’s why I said we not gonna talk about it with laughing emoji and crazy emoji
@@Jessicafreeman8369 ohh my apologies
@@xallalilies2566 you good suga just letting u know
Hey, it's aclotheshorse! I love her blog
This is stunning! Filled with charm
Looks like one of the gatehouses at Loughgall! Edit! No way! I've been here once a week for the last two years and didn't know these could be rented. Always loved them. I live ten minutes from this wonderful woman!
You got a lot of beautiful ideas for the tiny space to make it larger. Well made, good taste.
she is so perfect, she looks like a Disney princess, or whatever, a doll from the enchanted world, I couldn't stop repairing this incredible hair.🤩🌟🇧🇷
Ah ... Tim Walker on the shelves. Britain's greatest present-day photographic genius; if you like this lady's Weltanschaung, check Walker's exhibitions at Somerset House, the V and A and the Design Museum. His work is infused with fairy-tale: I'm not surprised that he should be an inspiration to Rebecca. Another beautiful human being. Now, can I have your dog? Pretty please?
Dang, she's beautiful, the house is beautiful, the dog is beautiful, the landscape is beautiful, everything is beautliful! 😍
I LOVE the character of your home!!
I think our house is about the same size as this except my house was built in the 1940's as a post war cookie-cutter house. We have a kitchen, living room, bedroom & bathroom (about 600 sq ft).
She is truly living the life, the kind of slow relaxing life I want and strive for. Also she gives me Lily Potter vibes
The nasturtium growing at the front 😍😍👌🏽
Beautiful and inspiring! The house! And the lady is cute too
Love!!! I almost bought my dream tiny gatehouse last year but someone paid way over asking for it and now I get to watch someone wreck it yay! 😅 this is beautiful!!
She is so freaking adorable and pretty. Any house would feel like a home with a sweet person like her.
Beautiful hair, dog, home, just so beautiful.
Oh dear. So small and lovely. Just as cute as the girl and the dog in the tiny house.
True 🌺🌸🌸🌺💮💮
Please dearest friend take a look at my mystical dance funny videos 💗🌈🇮🇹💞
And let's not leave out cute little Chuckles. 🦇🕷🦇🕷🦇🕷
Lovely little place and you are beautiful too with your absolutely fantastic hair!
Absolutely love the interior decor! Amazing cosy vibe
"Step 1: be rich 🥺"
Wallet says no for me 😂
She rents it! Rent probably won't be that much for a small space like that.
Complete with an Irish Wolfhound 😍
Lady is a real life Merida. So pretty.
Omg I didn't even realise until I saw this. Down to the dress and all!
Young lady
It was all good...Until I saw Chucky 😰
YES! I love it! Don't give up on your dreams!
Actually looks spacious with the way it was filmed. Well done.
Lovely visuals. The dog matches its owner and the house. So sweet.
It amazes me how so many folks love the tiny home concept yet love to live with so much stuff...it makes no sense...and its the main reason many give up on it a few yrs later...I hope they stay...its an amazing placre...the dog is a bit big but if they had less stuff the dog would be much more comfy... Anyway enjoy the blessing
I think a lot of people like to feel cozy. And minimalism can be quite exhausting by itself. There's a constant pressure to keep only so much, sometimes below what is practical.
Well, they've been there for going on 6 years, so, as she said, it's a matter of finding someplace else they love as much that will convince them to move.
Love your wolfhound! What a beauty! We had a wolfhound kennel when I was a teenager. They are such great animals!
The house is beautiful but I also kind of love how she’s decorated. It’s charming and there are lots of little interesting things.
What a gorgeous village. well done. What is the name of the village please?
Just wow !!!😍
Gorgeous hair. Remind me of Ariel in the little mermaid
Beautiful! And I love the bright bathroom.
Cool place! Love the orange bathroom with framed fairy prints and LOVE THAT DOG!
Stunningly beautiful. Love the colours.
I would love to „ back to my roots „ Perfect tiny house 🙏wundervolle 💐
House is cuter from the outside.
Gorgeous house with the gorgeous girl and an Irish wolfhound bonus! The complete package. Talk about a great life ❤️
gorgeous place, great video thank you for posting.
Wow what an awesome little home!
This woman is living my dream: move to Ireland, develop an accent, own a wolfhound, and live in a tiny castle.
Where’s the accent?
@@pussypussypussypussypussy well she has quite a strong North American accent...
@@meepsicle83 That’s what I’m saying. She hasn’t “developed” an Irish accent at all. (Not that there’s anything wrong with that.)
Just move to the real Ireland, not that uk colony.
