    Please be aware that this is a huge amount of fibre, even if youre used to eat lots of fibre (wich is good for your health, for sure). If youre not used to eat huge amounts of fibre you will get heavy digestion problems. Also you have to drink lots of water after eating these!
    That said, great recipe! But quite a little dangerous for normal eating ppl 😅

      @@marystestkitchen ooooooo good call. I wonder if that would taste good. i tried adding a bunch of extra sugar in the bread recipe but it still didnt rise because I didnt knead enough or slice the dough

    I’m an experienced baker, but new to keto baking. Where were you last week when I tried to make these without a good recipe…I made paper weights, door stoppers, bricks!!! 😂 I appreciate you for this🫶🏽

      Sorry, nothing can replace vital wheat gluten in this recipe. Gluten-free flours like chickpea flour just won't allow the dough to rise.

      I love using lakanto in my frosting. I have to turn it in the " powder sugar" by blending it into that fine texture that powder sugar has. I did the same with regular sugar to make frosting back when I used more of it

      Sorry. Flax seeds are essential in helping this dough retain moisture while adding bulk to the without weighing it down and preventing rising (something too much seed flour or protein powder can do).

    Any good substitutes for vital wheat gluten? I know its the structure of the dish but... I'd love to see a gluten free version. I definitely love all the work you put in regardless so thanks for that.

    This is some sort of witchcraft, Mary! How you make these things so close in _texture_ to the glutenous originals is a testament to your baking skills, honed over years of practice.

      She added gluten to it. Vital wheat gluten is just another name for gluten flour. This is not for people on a gluten-free diet. 😕

    I usually dowse thdm with more melted butter before eating, lol! I also tend to dunk each bite in my coffee! (A trick I learned from my Grandma)

      Oat flour is the normal oat blended to fine powder, but oat fibre coming from the husk .

    5:35 idk if you mention this later but i’m curious if you could make caramel with allulose replacing sucrose (tho i don’t think the rest of the ingredients are vegan)

      Unfortunately, allulose has not been approved where I live (Canada) 😭 otherwise, I believe it's would be pretty simple to make it vegan

    AG1 commercials are everywhere. It's too much, in my view. Totally contraproductive. The same happens with Skillshare and the billions of coaches that are advertising their services. 😵‍💫

      I HELP. have many theories, by all topics in life / world , so not be sure, why some things are as others say.
      example, 1. drink much liquid = gain weight. ( 1.2 need water only for pee-ing ).
      2. want, much or more and more, carbs because you drink much ( much carbs go out of body ).
      3-4. eat much- fat or fiber = body needs more energy / carbs. A. can most, rule out, anything, because tested self ?
      -
      more infos. B. vitamins, minerals etc , are not important, = fats are not needed.
      B.2 is about energy ( in-format- ion=energy, works by E-nergy - MOTION ), not some milli-grams.
      B.3 feelings, words and no interfering mind ( B.4 make body tired for changes on mental-set )
      can realise / manifest things to a certain degree.

      B.5 life works as, mind ( better, mental . B.6 b.t.w. govern-ment-al , religion of this time ) over matter,
      ( what you not see, wave / frequency , made everything in world, always.

    1. Would this work as a sweetbread without the rolling etc? I figure it would and
    2. Could this and your other breads be made in a bread maker? Surely the dough can be done in one but unsure if the whole process would work. Can’t see why not but wondering if you or anyone else has tried! (If not I’m waiting on oat fiber in the mail and will report back!)

      Yes, I think it would work.
      I don't have a bread maker so I can't try it yet. But I found a couple comments on my keto sandwich rolls and loaf recipes of people who have tried. It seems that it can work but you might need less water since the bread maker will trap the moisture (compared with an oven that will let more moisture evaporate). Take that info how you will :-)
