I know Chiefs armour is made out of Titanium so he could survive a explosion like that plus he's survived 2 falls from space so he's pretty badass

I don't want to be that guy but I will. The sniper rifle in halo that one shots spartans with headshots through shielding fires a 14.5 x 111mm. Essentially a 57cal.
Iyck Igbinedion no he could not. The Spartans armor is actually not that protective. It's the energy shield that keeps the Spartans alive. An explosion would kill a Spartan, and with shields heavily damage them.
The fall from space was because of gel layer, and after a big fall the gel layer is gone, so yeah, but I am still a halo fan

The only weapons and can harm chief are weapons from his universe,c4 would do nothing against him,And even if it could it's pretty ancient compared to his technology so he could defuse it easily,Bullets from the modern age would barely do anything against him,even in his own age it takes more than standard rifles to kill him.
You'd have a better chance killing him with an anti-tank rifle,But i don't think you can just lug it around everywhere you go.
