Good thing it’s a a 69. I have a 73 and interior is a nightmare. Can’t find the panels. Add more sound deadening to the floors and up on the roof. Look up kill mat. Same thing but cheaper
I will look into that for sure!! Thanks for the advice and info. I have heard that the 73 and 74 novas have quite a bit of parts/panels that are not supported/reproduced by the aftermarket industry. So I agree I am pretty lucky that this car has not been a nightmare to source parts for…..yet.
@@hatchsrecreationalengineer1997 yeah the front door panels are still made but cost $500 new. The rear and sails aren’t. I have new seat and carpet and I’m working on my dash pad now. It’s tough
@@hatchsrecreationalengineer1997 oh and I would pull them door panels off and add deadening to the inside door skins and cover the larger holes. The sound Would be night and day
@@theshark2804 I am definitely gonna look into doing this! This is my first major project vehicle so all tips, tricks, and advice from viewers like you help me out along the way and make this ride the best it can be! Thank you!
That 1969 Nova is looking better and better.
Thanks man!!
Love the sleeper look.
Thanks! I have lots planned to make this car the perfect sleeper.
Nice helper with the carpet
Love all you videos man. Where did you order your carpet kit from? and did it come with the insulation pad too?
Looks great! I’m pretty sure both front and back seats are original, correct?
Thanks! And yes both are original to the car but were reupholstered in early 90’s before being left in the desert.
@@hatchsrecreationalengineer1997 Awesome, thanks!!!
