For Outlook scheduling, Microsoft Teams runs on Linux and does a better job than outlook letting me know about meetings. I prefer teams notifications even on Windows.
Yeah, I used Microsoft Teams on Linux and really had no issues with it. Works very well. Main issue I had was lack of Outlook, Excel, etc. Also had some issues related to Linux update that crashed my VM. it happened like 3 times and it was just a pain because I need it for work, but had to figure out what was going on. If I will using Linux for coding and that's it, Linux is my go to and really like it a lot for that. But since I need it for other work related things that is not coding, Mac seems to be a good fit, at least for me anyways.
@@codingwithlu It is a different experience running Linux on a VM as opposed to having it on a dedicated laptop/desktop. I've had Linux Mint on my laptop for 3 years with no problems with updates breaking my system at all.
