I was at this game last night with my dad. We had a good time. Another solid performance for the Rays. Still can't believe why it's so empty there! Second best team in the MLB. I'm actually a Red Sox fan, so sadly suffering from their loss but I can pull for the Rays, too!

Adam, the life sized Mickey Mouse statues were made for all 30 MLB teams for the 2010 MLB All-Star game that took place in Anaheim! There were a total of 36 Mickey’s. They had one each representing the American and National League, four designed for the All-Star festivities, as well as one for each MLB team. After the All-Star game was over they put the statues up for auction. Many ended up in their home stadiums. I’ve been lucky enough to find several including my team - the Detroit Tigers at Comerica Park! Since we live in St. Cloud now, we do go to Rays games and cheer them on every now and then. I find it so sad how little fan support they get! Tigers will always be first in my heart though, and love that we get to experience Spring Training with them every year now in Lakeland!!
I live about 70 miles away from Tropicana Field, but we haven't been in a few years. Just a hectic commute. Watching your recent Rays videos has me rethinking that!
I watched the game on ESPN last night and when the game was over they showed you in the stands so I knew this video was coming. You were standing a few rows below the guy that makes all the noise.
Always love watching you and friends enjoying and relaxing the good summer fun games along with all your commentaries on the games, stadiums, food, staff, souvenirs, etc.
Just seeing the Lightning shirt on Tampa Jay, when hockey starts back up in October you should try a game the Lightning are a great team and back to back Stanley Cup Champions. Orlando has the Solar Bears of the ECHL which are an affiliate of the Lightning or in SoCal you have the Anaheim Ducks. Keep up the great work Adam!

Nobody cares for baseball In Florida hockey were the same until they were winning cups but still if the lighting ever goes back to not doing well fans will stop going
Yup. When teams are lousy the attendance will of course go down. As a baseball fan the sad part is that the Rays are really good. WS Title good maybe. And they have such poor turn out. I lived years in SoCal. Good or bad the Dodgers, Angels, and Padres draw over 2 million fans a season, each. Dodger 4 million.
This is why the Rays need a move to Tampa. St Pete is not a good location for them since alot of the Rays fans are across the bridges over in Hillsborough. I'm a fan and I would attend more games if not for a 2 hour drive from my place in Lakeland there and back. The dome is actually good cause of this time of year in Florida and that's probably the only good thing about the trop

Finished the video. DJ Kitty is awesome! Love that you guys are going to so many Rays games and supporting the Rays! I think they will end up winning the East. They could very well end up playing the Sox or Yanks in the WC series since both of those teams could end up being the 2 AL wild cards that get a ticket to face the best AL team. One good thing about the stadium not always being full is it is easy to get tickets and cheap ones at that!

The A's are also having major attendance issues, I can't figure the Ray's issues as they are defending American League champions. St. Petersburg being a retirement community & covid 19 might has something to do with it. But only 6,753 for the Red Sox is just plain sad. You come from 90 mile away to see them, wonder if there is any new as to why low turnouts are happening?
My Mariners lost 3 of 4 to the lowly Royals over the weekend damaging their playoff hopes (again!). Used to see Zunino at our AAA affiliate in Tacoma (& Mariners too). Still the same hitter HR or strikeout (more of the latter). Heard a piece of trivia that the Rays are 18-1 against the Orioles this year. Have to be thankful for them!

The only teams that I think still display them are Angles, Tampa Bay (as you have noticed) and Yankees. I hear the Dodgers are very proud of their Mickey but keep it in storage.

I was at the Dodgers game last night. What’s crazy is they had 49,500 people at Dodgers stadium yet the Trop reports 6,700. Unreal difference
