- This whole day was UNREAL -- early access, free food, joking around with the players, tons of action during batting practice, catching a commemorative World Series baseball from the year 2020, and many other highlights.
Huge thanks to the Tampa Bay Rays for hooking things up for me and my videographer "Fenway Chris" (@yonnernyc). Thanks as well to my friend Mike and his boys for arranging yet another day of unlimited food inside the Rays Club, and while I'm at it, thanks to the Kansas City Royals for being part of all this craziness.

2020 is the year I lost a great friend. He passed due to Covid and I’ve collected every ball from that year that I can but can’t find a World Series 2020 ball. When you held that ball up. I burst into tears. I miss him every day of my life.

Tropicana Field is an underappreciated ballpark
No Kidding. It’s actually a pretty nice ballpark. I have been to Tropicana Field twice and I like it better than other stadiums I have been to. It’s much nicer than Yankee Stadium.

@@Rknowles813 100%, but honestly St. Pete is a beautiful city, and there is plenty of parking. It's just not the size that an MLB market needs to be on its own. Hence why they are the team for the entire region of Tampa Bay.

It's far near the point of these videos but when I watch them, the biggest takeaway I get is that I totally need to get out and checkout this ballparks. Could care less if I snag a baseball, the joy of these ballparks is where it is at.
Yup, exactly! Good vibes in Tampa despite the somewhat antiquated stadium design and small crowds. It's really fun there.

You kind of inspired me to see how many stadiums I could get to. I've been to 54 total baseball games this year in 14 different stadiums. I've gotten about 40 baseballs including 2 game home runs, and even a bat from jacoby jones. It always feels great to get one and then find a young fan to give it to. Don't listen to the hate and keep up the great content!

Zack I think all of the baseballs should only count if the gates are open so if an MLB stadium lets you in early and you get a ball it does not count

What are your opinions on Tropicana field Zach? In my opinion it’s a decent park but with bad location and catwalks. I’ve been to over 15 games there and I have to say that the game day experience is awesome

I like the concept of only counting BP balls that you catch on the fly while you're inside the stadium before the general public. However, I think if you were to grab balls that land in the stands before the public get there are BETTER and MORE LEGIT than the dozens that are thrown to you by Richard Bleier. Think about it...he's your friend and he makes sure to seek you out and only throws the balls to you. Kind of cheap, in my book. What if Bleier waited until BP was over and he rolled the BP ball cart to where you were positioned and tossed the entire contents of the cart to you one at a time? I know...unlikely, but it seems almost the same to me. I love your videos and your passion for the game. This is the best entertainment I watch on a regular basis. I love seeing the different ballparks from your vantage point. I hope you never get tired of doing this! Thanks!

16:30 takes a ball away from a child, makes sure the camera saw the ball so it counted, then hands the kid the ball like it’s going to take away the fact the kid couldn’t catch it on his own.

I would count them all. My thought is that all those years of tremendous hard work when you were a relative unknown has now resulted in the fruits of some stadiums allowing you special access. You earned it! The compromise could be that you don't hustle to chase down those balls that you don't catch (as you did here), but if a ball happens to land right at your feet or just a row over for example, and you pick it up with minimal effort, then YES, you should count those.
