it's quite fascinating how his kids aren't afraid to try out these seemingly weird stuff he cooks. Kids these days only settle for fast food and what not, to stubborn to go out their comfort zones and appreciate the variety there is in food. Kudos to Ramsay awesome cook and father :)
well if you are trash at cooking then your kids will go to McDonald for food. Pretty much all on you really. You yourself are looking for excuses because if you truly care about your kids then you will make the time and teach them about whatever you want them to learn.

i think it's actually quite respectful. eating meat has been around for, like, ever. when you eat your burger it's just a burger - you don't think twice about it.
i think when they say this is "trinny meat" the kids think "our pig gave it's life to nourish me, thank you trinny - you truely are delicious". they don't forget that that pig was something special and they treat it like that.

I think it depends on the kid, my brother hates veggies, hates any meat that isn't pork or chicken and won't try new things. I, on the other hand will try anything practically and love everything.

i think trinity meat refers to the ingredients that he put into the ground pork, like onions, celery etc. because when americans refers to a trinity mix is consist of mainly celery, onions balck peppers and some other spice, of course they vary from different regions of the world

No, he said Trinny meat. If you watch the beginning of the video, he says, "My pigs, Trinny and Susannah." "Trinny meat" refers to meat that came from a pig named Trinny. Also notice what he used for the casing: "Trinny's lower intestine."

Whats the problem with that? You look like you've named and then eaten a couple of pigs in your life
i remember seeing this series on cable and the reason that he was doing all this is to educate his children where meat comes from and how diet affects flavor. He didn't show them any part of the butchering process as I remember and the children knew all along that they were raising food, just as if they had a vegetable garden. It's all very healthy really in my opinion. On a smaller scale, you could do the same thing with poultry.

I don't have my own pigs, but my daughter always names our live lobsters before we murder them. If you can't deal with where the food comes from, you shouldn't eat it.
