Surprised at the amount of negative comments for this vid. I think Taco does really well with his content..always thinking about how to make it a better experience for us subbies. I guess it could be a bit frustrating for him to read some of them when he tries so hard. Maybe we should try appreciating the effort he puts in rather than being nitpicky about what he hasn’t shown in the unit or banging on about how he got a picked over unit. Keep doing what you’re doing Taco..your vids are great just the way they are 👍

I definitely like the camera angle. And I enjoy the other camera shots you are doing, (up and down the stairs, etc.). It shows what is involved in storage auctions, including the hard work. Carrying those boxes up and down stairs. Whew.
That's at least $100 worth of toys in that box. Toxic Crusaders, Police Academy, Rambo,...all kinds of cool retro stuff.
Also, that vehicle is from Robo Cop.
*Hey taco. Walked passed a dumpster in an apartment complex and thought of you. Looked in and found a 300 bike trainer. Sold it for 150 on fb marketplace 3 hours later*
Niceeeeeee!
Only place in the world when you can say that and it not be an insult.
@@scottd2344 *hahahahahahhahahahaha*
To Cool!!
@@TacoStacks I like it when you stop in somewhere for a bite to eat and include that in your video. Somehow just makes it more interesting. Are you still going to Subway, if so include us and show us what you bought. People always like to hear about food. Happy Birthday, I think it's coming up soon!
Thanks Taco for yet another interesting video. I'm sure I speak from many people that you are a comfort because you are like a reliable friend. Never too busy to stop in and visit with us and share your life with us. That's why I'm glad you do Mail Day, because it gives us a chance to share our lives with you and also to thank you properly. Plus it's a good chance for us to see that white dog of yours, what's her name again (?) Oh yeah it's Salsa! ❤️ see you soon! 🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲
Yeah I like the position of the camera it’s a good angle I can see all the treasures lol
Love watching your storage purchase videos & the suspense of what you find.
Optical illusion...those were early 60's science kits. My dad was science teacher and got them for us. Brought back good memories. Also, the press lights or tap lights are great to have on hand for power outages. HAndy for lighting hallways and rooms during hurricane season. The Bell and Howell lights went on a light bar to hold while filming 8 mm home movies. More good memories.
Hey Taco, the mystery toy figure in vechile looks like vintage RoboCop.
Yeppers, looking in the boxes and containers is cool! Thanks!🤗💕🦋
Really like the way you photographed the video...it's much easier to see all the goodies. Between that sealed Schmid Manhattan puzzle and those microwavable booties, you will come pretty close to paying for that unit if you list them on eBay and ask buyer to pay shipping. The Schmid puzzles can sell for pretty good money and that's definitely one that is desirable.
Really appreciated the approach you had with this video...Taking time showing us what you got.. letting us see in the totes even if you don't talk about it.. Very interesting what you can find in a tote...Thank you....A followup video of your research would be cool as you are putting your stuff away...... content ...
I enjoy all of your vids both lockers and trash days. Some of the tools I've seen are vintage and worth money!Keep up the good work.
Love the storage units. I see a lite bright. Lots of dvds. I like you going through stuff with us. Thanks for sharing.
Excellent job videoing. Love the NY items and the camera equipment. As always, an awesome treasure hunt TS.
I love taco videos. He always makes it fun and entertaining.
The puzzles and games that have the Twin Towers on them can be worth some money!
That wood box shelf thingy looks to me like a camping box,, Fill it with the stuff you need for a successful well organized camp-out,,, :-)
The view you gave us was great. I enjoy looking at storage room stuff. Seems to be some collectibles.
Yes I like seeing in the box like you did on here at 7;12 Taco, I enjoy your videos very much.
The Lite Brites usually still work, & make great *Open* & *Closed* signs just fyi
I totally want the Barbie cards and the Playbills! LOL. I love watching your videos!
Love your videos and I think you do a great job in presenting the stuff. I tend to like the cheaper units that are pretty messy. Never know what treasures are under the junk. I think NYC stuff is always worth cash.
The wooden box can be used as a camping kitchen. It opens so that the door flops down and becomes a clean flat surface. It would sit on the tailgate of a truck or on a table. It stored foods, dishes, cutlery, etc.
Bell and Howell - old lights for projects or taking pics. Surprised there isn't a projector. Think those grey discs are films. By the way, my grandson is called Frank Thomas. When he was born, we called him the "little hurt!"
~* Yeah I love storage vudz...also the camera work was nice when you have both hands free gg!!!*~
love the big wooden storage box. I could do so much with that. Bet you can too.
I had that EXACT Peanuts thermos (in the lunchbox) when I was in @ 1st grade - 1972! I recognized RoboCop in that car thing, not sure if they go together or not. *NICE* score! 🐉🐉🐉
taco i have enjoyed your videos so much over the last week ive been watching all your videos thankyou. Also the Mcdonalds glasses you paid extra for
Dude ! You got some gooood figures in there !!! Nice haul !
Yep, mid to late 80s and early 90s. I had a lot of those back in the day.
You got a lot of resale stuff for on line. Love your storage auction videos & seeing what you get . You have 2 reel cases for old home movies that are spliced together & all the camera stuff should bring you good money on eBay. Keep your video coming
Taco, about seven or eight years ago Jordan Hemsbrough had videos out under the name Toy Hunter.
Even if his videos are older, he is very good about explaining toys. In some cases one small toy could be worth more than you paid for the locker. I know you are busy but it wouldn't hurt to find time to check out toys. Especially toys from the 80's.
Geez Taco I love watching your shows in the morning. Sort of a Breakfast Taco show! 😁🇨🇦
I am from Lititz PA which is right next to Ephrata! So nice to see the apron with that on it!! I am currently binge watching these videos and wanting to buy my own storage unit!!!
Renee loves Garfield stuff. She might want that cup. Love the old camera stuff! Good unit!
Yes, new camera views are great! 🎄🎄🎄
Odd assortment but you should make out fine.I enjoy these videos.🌟🌟🌟🌟🎄🎄🎄
Feel like someone sifted that locker beforehand.
IKR? And are they saying it’s worth $300 or more based on what he said?
“They don’t have to auction anything valued at $300 or less?”
Glad I’m not the only one thinking the same. I believe the people who pay for the higher priced units take the stuff they don’t want to sell or can’t sell & buy a storage unit & abandons it
You bought a set-up unit and I suspect every other buyer, in this auction, also got a "picked" unit.
Yeah it could be a managers special but at least he made his money back with the toys.
Your filming was great, good angles. I like the floral pitcher in the last crate.
I like the overhead shot, so we can go through the box with you. What I remember about the McDonalds glasses is that you could pay an 'up charge' like $0.79, and get your drink in them. 👍👍
In the 90s when I was growing up, you could buy the McDonald's cups and glasses. They sometimes came with meals, but it was mostly a few bucks to get them. I'm not sure about the eras before that. Of course McDonald's doesn't do as many movie and tv show themed meals anymore. It was all about marketing deals back then. My family had a large collection of those.
Great camera work. Thanks , makes it more fun.
It is a stereo viewer. very neat. its missing some parts but depending on the maker it may be well worth your time to fix it.
Yep. It's still usable, but just takes a bit of fiddling. Could make ya dizzy until you get the angle just right!
It is missing the part that holds the picture cards.
Yes, like the closeup photos. Pics are better with new camera.
The camera view is great!
Rene bought few those canvas apron things couple weeks ago she has a few in her collection
Carpenter's nail pouch
My brother hooked one on the front of my mom's walker so she could carry things in the pockets. So when I needed my walker did same thing. Worked pretty good.
I like the close up shots! Much easier to see what you all got!
Yes Taco and the always lovely Salsa. Small units can hold big treasures. All the vintage items are worth bucks. The vue master looks like its missing the card holder. If that camera is a Leica it's worth good money. 😀👍🙏.Peace.
A dolly is a platform with four wheels and two axles that can be used to transport heavy items from one location to the next. ... Unlike hand trucks, which can slide under the item on the ground, items have to be lifted onto the dolly in order to transport them.
I would check out those 2 manuals too. Stay cool and stay safe. ✌️♥️🎄
Was there film in the reel canisters? Check to see if it may have someone important on it.
FYI- By law, the storage facility can break the lock, take pictures, and close it and place a security lock on the unit. Since they only have a security lien against the property - they are not permitted to go shopping or to stage the items. PERIOD. If you have seen this happen you need to report the storage unit facility to the Justice Department for violating the lien law. This unit was clearly gone through and then staged.
Hey Taco the best hand trolley for stairs is a stair climbing trolley they have three wheels either side that rotate as going up or down also have a webbing ratchet strap to hold item in place.
Vintage 1985 Metromania New York NYC Trivia Board Game $80 + on ebay ... the locker is in profit from that game alone :)
The PLAYBILLs. Are very good for Ebay people like to collect them or framecthem for decor
Some looked signed too.
yah, there great to frame & hang on a wall.
I like the storage locker videos the best!
Great video was hoping you would be doing another storage locker 🎄⛄🎄
I watch you because I am too old to do that stuff myself. If I find neat stuff I give it to my kids or grandchildren.
Tina
Old cameras and photo equipment are on the rise for use in today's market. Steoroscopic viewer appears to be old and has value.
It depends on how good a shape it is in and what brand
You are right about itt being a stereo viewer however it is missing the part(s) that kept the card upright while looking through the viewer.
If you don't know what something is, look it up, give yourself a time limit, and see
Really random stuff! The New York games and puzzles are things people collect. You should be able to get about 25 bucks each on ebay.
There may be some original Masters of the Universe figurines in that box. They can be worth a decent amount. Definitely check on all the figures.
You have to research every camera you come across Taco! There are certain makes and models that go for tons of money. I’ve made lots of money selling vintage cameras on eBay.
Paper Moose loves those advertising aprons!
The plane marked "Dunlop", was sold through Sears and Roebuck, lesser grade than Craftsman, but still collectable.
Lots of interesting things you found their taco stacks that light bright edition was back when I was little man that brings me back especially the RoboCop figure and car I was about 4 years old when that toy was released. As always great vid stacks can't wait for the next vid to see what you find next
You may be used to them, but those look like spider (black widow?) egg sacs in that wooden box. Get rid of them before they hatch.
Also, check the flash bulb box for any metal flash handles. Some of the better old ones bring really good money ($400+) by Star Wars mega fans who make lightsabers with them. Search Star Wars Flash Handles or graflex flash handles etc. Always love your videos. Been watching since your very early YT days.
Holaaa Taco and salsa!!!🙋🏻♀️ Great video.🤗💕👍👍👍👍
That looked like a totally staged unit. It was way to clean. The storage company put together a whole bunch of junk from other units and auctioned it off. In storage units dust and cobwebs are a good thing.
That light brite box looks like the one I had when I was a kid in the early 80's.
The car with driver is Robo Cop. The Garfield cups and cups like them were given with the meals like Big Macs.
It is a stereo viewer.
I like the way you are looking T the stuff in the unit
Though I own those Garfield cups, I was a little too young to remember how the promo worked. However, with that said, I do remember the Batman Forever glass cup promotion. I believe it was something like, buy a meal, and get the cup for 1.99 more.
The large flash bulbs in the Bell & Howell box screw into the flash thingy you found earlier. If you watch really old movies you’ll see news photographers holding up the flash holder to take photos. The vintage cameras and camera equipment should go up on eBay.
Loved this! But I will say the dudes who buy a lot of lockers for reselling always get excited about cameras. So please check out any cameras or anything to do with them. I enjoyed this and I hope you do very well with the toys and puzzles. Keep up with making the great videos for us! ❤️💞💞💞🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🌞🐕✌️👶
Mcdonalds Garfield Mugs 9 in the series late 70's, retro set camera out in 1990's.
That Peanut thermos first came out in 1965, it also had retro intro in the 90's.
Your collection of board games could be a jackpot. We have a group that meets ever 2nd Sunday to play board games and have coffee. New games always welcome.
I enjoyed the way you filmed this video. Different type of content but not too bad. Seems like the person wanted to save things for later years when they may be worth something. This was a way to store things, get them out of the house and save for later.👍
TACO! I can't tell you how many times I passed this video by on youtube because to tell you the truth I wasn't enjoying the way you were doing your storage unit videos. You were just rushing through them and just showing us the top of the boxes and it was all rush rush. I was going to tell you anyway we like to go through the boxes as if we bought them ourselves. So I finally stopped and watched this one and I was pleasantly surprised to see you have slowed it down and going through the boxes with us. THANKS! I liked it better.
Very intriguing! I have no knowledge of photography equipment, but most of that looks quite old. I'm as anxious as you are to find out if it's valuable. Enjoyed this video, as always!
The action figures - I saw Masters of the Universe, Sectaurs, Ghost Busters, and Dungeons and Dragans. The blue car and figure are Robocop I believe. Nice haul!!
Police academy, MOTU, Toxic Crusaders and Rambo too
Love the video. The wood piece was a vintage view finder.
The black handled thing with the silver dish is a vintage camera flash. It uses the flash bulbs. Collectable!
We had a Bell and Howell home movie camera in the early 60s. If you were filming indoors, there was a metal frame that attached to the side of the camera. It held lights that were extremely bright; that's why so many people are squinting in older home movies. You could land a plane with those things! I believe that may have been what you got in the box.
Hi taco love your videos hope you and lovely salsa are well? Much love from the cold, rainy UK x
Blue Bus Dave has an friend from the UK specialized in the smallest plastic part of Action Figures. He (David or Michael?) has his own channel on RUclips as well but can't recall the name. There are videos of him and BBD taking apart the tiniest plastic parts, incredible to me.😃
What kind of camera was in the leather case? My dad was an avid collector in the day and he also repaired cameras an projectors as his full time job.
I enjoyed the video especially with how you had the camera set up so that we were seeing things as you were finding them in the containers and boxes. Also, I'm curious to see what happens with your storage unit finds whether you sell them on eBay or at the flea market.
Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is a play set some time after the original book/film series as it involves one of his children. The book is as it says a rehearsal script for the play so not a novel
Hey those action figures had some vintage masters of the universe ones there, worth some money😉
One of those figures was a lockjaw he-man toy, possibly from the original line
The camera with the crafted cover looks like an Agfa Clack (Weekender in the US, thank you wikipedia). It was my parents' first camera, uses a big film and produces some fairly crappy photos. But old, maybe interesting for a collector.
I went to 2 sales yesterday (Sarasota, Fl.) with pricy vintage camera equipment and trading cards. I sell most vintage cameras to people in Japan. Pokémon cards are gaining popularity again. The ones yesterday were priced high.
RE: GLASSES AT MCDONALD'S
When you bought a drink, you could pay 25, or 50 cents for the glass.
They were stacked behind the counter.
I remember debating as a college student whether to spend the extra money on the glasses. I have some of them still.
looked up the Garfield mugs and a set of 4 going for $40.00 they are from 1978. I worked for McDs and always got the glasses. I no longer have most of them which is a shame. Kids and glass dont mix well. lol.
Love the new way of showing off the great finds Taco. Thanks for another great video and stay safe out there.
I have a complete set smurf glasses
I have 2 sets of the Smurf glasses, and 3 of the Garfield mugs not sure which ones though as I do have them packed away for safe keeping. I also have the colored Coca Cola set, and 2 of the Monopoly ones from different years.
The metal canisters should be movies, home movies, way before video cameras even!
*the device in the blue tub is a guitar tuner. Ask for $5 at flea market, accept $3*
Cool a stereoscope!! Too bas no cards for it. Hope you can make your money back in the games, puzzles and figures. Even ones with missing parts are saleable.
McDonald's gave away the Garfield cups as a promotion...also be on the lookout for the McDonald's drinking glasses. They were so cool and can sell for a good price for a set.
Way to make me feel old with the McDonald’s glasses. Back in the 80s you could get a glass for about a buck with food purchase.
I would love to find a Lite Brite. It was one of my favorite toys when I was a kid.
It's robocop in that car. I guess it must be a robocop car too. Orion made that movie.
Which is values $30-$90?? That one didn’t look all that valuable but you never know.
So the McDonald’s glasses were put on display in a plastic case at the end of the counter. They were in sets and you could only get certain glasses at certain times then another one would be available after a few weeks or so in order. You also had to buy a meal.
The steroscopic is a reader..I have one from 1901 and some cards I will send you one so you can try it out. The cards are valuable as well...cool find...
