Great unit for all those who feel bad about people losing their items: people make decisions daily that have an effect on their lives. There’s not a substantial loss most of the time and when the units are huge and overwhelming sometimes our children don’t share any attachment for the things we keep for years so it’s just stuff. My humble opinion
I’m glad to see people buy up the units. It beats it all going right to the landfill. And this is hard work to clean out storage units. I hope you earn enough to make it all worth your efforts!
Definitely was a good return for the money. not a major time consuming job and profitable. which is what we want long term. Every unit doesn't have to be a homerun. Just profitable. Thanks for watching. 🙂

We do not have an auction license. As of September of 2022, all companies doing online auctions in Ohio needed to be licensed with the Department of Agriculture. So we have what's called an Auction Firm License to compliantly do online auctions here in Ohio. Thanks for watching! 😊👍

I find this kinda of sad. It’s obvious that this unit was someone’s apartment. I wonder why people abandoned their stuff? I’m glad you don’t show the persons private things.
I used to work at a storage place they are a good time and a great place to find criminals and criminal a activity both from the storage customers and the employees lol
