Those bags remind me of my boys & what they did when they were teenagers. Not sure if they still do it. They used to write on envelopes whatever it was they had for monthly bills, savings, incidentals, clothes, car & entertainment/food. It taught them to be very responsible & how to budget $ & set aside for savings...
It's great teaching them to save...not everyone has the opportunity to learn that...nice job mom!🫶✨️

Wow!...wonder what that locker would sold for if the safes were visible in the pics? Very surprised that they didn't take pics of the safes on each side of the unit, their loss, your gain!

There’s a reason those dollar bills were kept in a bag like that. Check to see if they have fancy serial numbers or errors.

That was almost unbelievable! Wonder if he got into trouble, so couldn't pay? Can't imagine any logical reason someone would let all that go!
Hospital, jail or death are the three reasons I can think of.
Not in trouble. Going through a rough patch in life to include one of his kids passed, so we heard. He was actually in the facility the day his units sold trying to make a deal with the facility to save them.

Just came across your channel. Just in case you don't know if you take the serial number of the safe to a locksmith they can contact the company to get the key or combination. Also before spending the money should check the serial numbers & years to see if they're rare.

check each of the dimes nickels and half dollars, I believe in the USA anything before 1970 was 40-90% silver. also though it would take a long time to check those pennies as well for rare mint dates research is required on those for errors and rares which could be worth a good bit more than the face value of 1 cent. great unit very nice. grats. would love to see a follow-up video on cost vs profit.

Those Safes are so easy to get into, Don`t know why people trust them with there good stuff. The Shelving should be around $75.00 New here but great video so far. If you find the key`s you can fix the safe.

Great for you guys but I feel bad for this guy who went to a lot of work & expense to loose his unit.
Unfortunately there are thousands of units auctioned off daily, and they all have a story as to why. As sad as it can be sometimes, the facility would just throw the contents in the trash if no one buys the units. Thanks for watching! 🙂

That is soooo true!
In our state all guns have to have gun locks and be out of reach and sight of minors plus in a gun safe.if a kids gets the gun and injures or kills someone you go to prison. Find out what you have to do to show ownership of the weapons and how you have to house the weapons in your state. Better safe than sorry.
Each state has different laws, and we have protocols for gun safety. We understand that there is a huge responsibility in owning and handling guns. Thanks for watching! 😊👍

Depending on what year a bill is from it can be worth more because of it's Date because it's a star note Some of them money as collector value more than face value so I would look that up online

The adult stuff was left with the personal items to give back to the previous owner of the unit.
Check those coins if possible, you'd be surprised at how much some pennies are worth & sale for! Crazy expensive!

New here, but watched these two matching units. (Owner owned units). I.can't help but wonder if there was a third unit. I think this guy had a third unit he lived out of. Too many personal items left. Maybe he had a time limit and grabbed what he could grab. Otherwise to much OCD going on for my way of thinking.
