    Great review! Now that you’ve had it for some time, do you have an updated review? I’m considering getting this e-bike, and with so many on the market, it’s hard to make a decision. I guess the multipurpose use you described is what I’m looking for, for commuting and trails.

      Hi, thank you. I did an update review about a month ago, we still love them and good news is they are even less expensive. Please see the description for discount code. Thanks for watching. ruclips.net/video/pQR7cz6KXYI/видео.htmlsi=tRFTOGc2EyyXRo2h

    Controllable throttle speed is rare. Aero reduction should double range at 12mph vs 20

    • @GYATEZ
      @GYATEZ  4 месяца назад

      The throttle is very controllable, plus it has a nice walk mode too. I didn’t think I’d use the walk mode but it’s so easy I actually use it occasionally. Thanks for watching!

    I enjoyed your video. Just put my discovery one together today with my son. Just was wondering is there some sort of spacer needed for that front tire during assembly? My second question was going to be about that front suspension being so squishy as you described, but now I know I can adjust it, so thank you for that tip in your video. Overall excellent video. Any info you can provide me would be fabulous. Thank you. Enjoy your E bike.

      @GYATEZ  8 месяцев назад +1

      Thank you, glad you enjoyed the video and it was helpful. There was not a spacer for the front wheel of any kind on either of the bikes I assembled. They did have some weird packaging that was attached to it, that you remove and discard. Yes, we got the suspension dialed in for the road/trail riding we do. I think we'd adjust differently if we went on an off pavement gravel or dirt trail. Thanks for watching.

    Just finished watching your video. We are getting ready to buy our e-bikes. We tested the velotric and mokwheel. You mentioned in this video about these spreadsheet you made, with 10 e-bikes. Would you share it with us?

      Thanks for the feedback, I might do another one later. My first test ride was really exploring the lower levels and finding the happy place, which is Level 2 and moving through the gears as necessary.

      @GYATEZ I just got this bike last week and I definitely agree that level 1 and 2 are pretty good for normal riding.

    • @GYATEZ
      @GYATEZ  10 месяцев назад

      @@BDog14157 Yes, L1 & 2 seem to be the sweet spot for us. We took a couple of longer rides (25+ miles) in the last few weeks and like L2 the best and adjust the gears to compensate for inclines. Thanks for watching, enjoy the new ride!

    Unlock the speed and the built in governor will go away. You will achieve 5 miles hours more on each assist level. I like to call the 5th assist turbo once unlocked.

    Battery range?

    • @GYATEZ
      @GYATEZ  5 месяцев назад

      We’ve only had one longer ride at about 30 miles and the battery indicator light only dropped 1 notch. We’re lighter riders at about 150 and there were a few medium hills. I’m guessing the 60 mile range is accurate.

    this wasn't really a review, it was 10 minutes of putting it together and 10 minutes of your first ride where you basically say the brakes are awesome and it makes you work which is what you wanted - and you say that on a loop. would love to hear you collect your thoughts and really go over the bike to give it a proper review

    That’s what we do. We leave our in gear 7 and assist 3 most the time.
