I am going to share with you the property lobangs along the Jurong Regional Line. In the second part. I will discuss the stations for Phase 3 - Extension to Jurong Pier and Phase 2 - Extension to Pandan Reservoir.
I will also share a property lobang in the West Coast area.

Regarding Jurong Pier Stn, some sources speculated that it will be an interchange stn with Cross Island Line Phase 3
Btw those tracks can be used as provisions for the West Coast Extension
I hope the West Coast Extension will happen
Will there be a part 3 review on Jurong east area (Pandan) since the BTO June 2024 is already out ?
i think i cover some part 4...for other areas.

This is a tricky questions...You navigate it yourself. Just few year back. They only $9XXpsf...can they go higher? Well depend on the overall property market going fw.
