Is the pressure used for testing of the chilled water into the blower unit sufficient? Any isolation valves for the inlet and outlet for the chilled water line into the house?
I signed for the aircon system as promoted by the sp there. On signing I have not signed my lease. With a number of issue reported . I wrote in but was told to pay a penalty. I was telling my house only ready in 2025 therefore they should be able to give an exceptional. But yet they still sent me a mail to send me the amount to pay. And why don't tell the truth as to why chill water system does not function well in such residential setting vs in a commercial setting? If the resident know the truth, everyone who signed for the system would back out! In other countries, Landlord HDB and SP installer of aircon system would expect a class action suit!😆😆😆😆

You see the construction quality by Thai workers last time in the 1990s, just look at Bishan, parts of Hougang, Woodlands, Yishun, the construction quality and effort they put in a world apart. SDP NOM scheme will price new HDB flats to include administrative, material, labour costs only but without land “cost” that is currently the practice.
