First of all, thank you for all the information that you give at no cost! I’m a disabled veteran couldn’t afford a personal coach! I’ve been lifting for about 40 years I’m 63, and I still love lifting heavy weights. I have two torn, ligaments and arthritis in my left shoulder, and a new impingement in my right bicep. I had my second hernia surgery this past March and I’m doing real well recovering from that. I just get a thrill out of the feeling of handling heavyweight. With all the experience and success you have had I know they’re not legal in competition and my doctor does not want me to compete. Do you use elbow wraps? What is your opinion? Do they help out of the bottom of the movement? What length would you recommend and what brand I know you’re a professional at this and it would really be helpful if you could answer these questions if you have time. Mike 10 years ago i was so confused about my double super katana cause last 13 competition lifts i just was a bit from touching w 700.. my raw bench competition was 465..i wanna do this again.. Should i have added more weight cause i know i could have handled more as everyine in Gatlinburg told me no..I loved the shirt but should i have just tried SDP shirt ?? I really hope someone who knows would help me..I would open raw then last 2 tries was with shirt..

Do you always put the shirt on palms facing down?
