    So almost reversing the order of movements.. really focusing on the weakpoint stuff that you need while notncompletely ignoring main lifts. Got it

    I like setting PRs on my comp lifts in different rep ranges than normal. 8s, 6s, 5s, 4s. It's nice to change the order of training around, adding accessories, different splits, doing more back work, etc
