Thank you. My brother and I had a fight which also ended in reconciliation. I think that shouting and fighting was necessary for both of us to exhaust our bottled up feelings. We are treating each other now better, making up for all the lost care we were supposed to give each other as siblings. All those negative words that purged out and now that we are making efforts to slowly be better with each other
Still I am bothered by the negativity of my actions as it imposed anger. I hope you can make meditations that are like this. And meditation to forgive one self.

Hey, can you do 5 minute meditation for aphantasia. I have aphantasia and can't form mental images. So all these meditation requiring visualising our hard for me

I let go of others that wrong me or are no good for me & without any ill feeling or hatred, but when I let go 'they're gone forever' no thought, nothing.
