You are worthy of peace and happiness. I know life can be so rough on some of us, while others may appear to have it easier. But please don't focus on others, for that will not bring you peace. Focus on yourself and understand that you deserve peace. You must focus to bring yourself back to a peaceful state because life definitely tries to pull us out of alignment. Short meditations like this throughout your day can be so beneficial.
