what are the odds that the owner will keep it clean after the detailing if they didn't do it before?
I bought a Bissel SpotClean Pro and it really works great! My daughter spilled some hot chocolate on the back seat of my new car and I was able to just whip it out and clean the mess up without a hassle. It's more portable than you talk about in your videos. (I've also used it to clean up pet oopsies on my rugs, so it's just great to have beyond car upholstery too!)

My daughter showed me the Atlas detailing video today and I was hooked!! Your work is incredible and it’s the most satisfying thing to watch! You’re a true professional.
Amazing! Mitch, I only know one other person with the same energy and drive for their career as you. I am not only amazed by the transformations you do, but also for your work ethics. That is not commonly seen in younger folks. I would like to ask if you make housecalls to the US, lol!

@@Pinkapotomus oh I am. Ever since that one nasty car detail he made one or two years ago, every other video has been of a staged car. Since he gets way better views from this then he gets from cleaning tractors
I like your systematic approach! If you do the same outline each time you'll get the same results! This is the training I got from Blue coral, when I managed their detail set up at a fairly big auction.
In fairness, I don't know what Mitch charges, but I know damn well I don't get paid enough to deal with that (I'm not full on detail. I'm final prep. So the final wash, vacuum, etc. The used cars on our lot go through a full detail before I ever touch em)
Truth! I was so excited when my dealer said they have to detail the car before sending it home and it's going to take all day... then was badly disappointed with the results.
Trust me, dealerships get cars like these all the time and have ONLY a couple hours to do them. If people could see what their cars really looked like before they buy them. Lol
I work at a care dealership nothing surprises me and I see what is brought in first hand . Some people are not embarrassed at all . Have a great day and keep doing your awesome work
Perfect amount of talking and quietness just to make the video amazing for relaxing, perfect voice too man, amazing music choices and overall elite content truly a masterpiece channel with a master at his finest work.
@TheDetailGeek : It amazes me at how dedicated you are in creating such a creative niche in a very simple, yet, principle concept. My hats off to you. You have every honor and reservation to create a brand new studio! I hope everything runs smoothly in getting the new studio built, you MORE than deserve it!
I feel a bit sad when I read comments that are roasting or shaming the owners for their messes. I'm sure the reason they come to Mitch is because he has the time, energy and eye for detail that they don't when it comes to deep cleaning a car. Of course these cars are gross but when life gets busy things get messy and that's where a superhero like Mitch comes in. I'm sure it brings such relief to the clients when they can have a professional cleaning for them. Plus if everyone spent lots of time to clean their cars we wouldn't see these videos and Mitch would probably earn less money
I agree. While I personally wouldn't let my car get this bad, I'm not about to judge others. You never know what someone has going on in thier life. The comments of his videos are super judgemental
I'm glad that the owner told you that the powder stuff was pollen substitute, because I definitely thought it was like... Kraft Dinner cheese powder and I couldn't fathom what had happened, or how lol Beautiful job as always, sir - I'm so excited for your new detailing studio!! Thank you for letting us see the progress :-)
When you expressed gratitude for leather seats, I was disappointed - I LOVE the Bissell doing its thing! I was like "Aww, the Bissell's not working overtime today!" 😢 Seriously though, glad you had an easier time of it thanks to that feature, considering the mess!
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: HOW DO THESE CARS GET LIKE THIS ON THE INSIDE??? You’re a genius, and if I was ever in Canada, it would be an honor for you to detail my Benz.
Not everyone has the time or resources, physically or mentally to do all the things they "need to do". People prioritise things differently and in these cases the cars aren't up there.
@@simiep4459 It's pretty easy to keep the inside of your car clean. Just don't eat/drink in it (except water), and click your boots or shoes off before bringing your feet into your car. I clean the inside of mine maybe three times a year and it always looks and smells pristine. Takes minimal effort
@@simiep4459 I agree. my car doesn't get extremely dirty like this, but can get pretty damn close at times. mental health is a bitch and I only have enough time and energy in the day to just go to work. It's like hoarders and people with super nasty houses. Mental health issues are hard to overcome to maintain cleanliness in all aspects of life. The cleaner my car, room, self, etc is, the better I am feeling mentally. It's especially difficult to keep your car clean when your work is dirty work. I worked in a woodshop so my car interior would be caked in sawdust constantly. To the ppl who asked how then dismissed the answer: be more open minded. Life is messy, and like they said, ppl can have other priorities. Not everyone has the time, energy, or mindfulness to maintain their car like you do. Some people don't have a choice but to eat/drink on the go. Life just isn't always picture perfect. Kindly grow up, and be more considerate, thank you
I really LOVE the music you play in the background. It's really relaxing, along with watching you clean of course. Addicting videos!! Thanks for the awesome quality content!! :)
I've been detailing for years but watching you work I'm like you make it look so relaxing lol and I'm learning some tricks from you too. Keep up the good work. 👍🏽
The owner is going to be shocked at the transformation - I enjoy your work ethic and focus. BTW the orange on the leather looked like a vintage burnt orange.
Man I wish I could do all this myself. I work for Toyota doing detailing and we're expected to deliver those same results flawlessly in 6 hours on every car. Sometimes we only get 4 hours depending on how much the sales guys are pushing for it. Hearing you work on it 10 hours sounds awesome, you can actually get everything perfect and not have to cut corners. Plus you get the full pay instead of all the money going to some crappy dealership. Man I'll admit I'm really jealous. You are what got me into detailing though, I enjoy it, I just wish I had a better situation for detailing.
@@jonathanbenning2369 Ya my bad on my comment, I actually meant 2 hours. I was tired when I wrote it. We get 2 hours on every car, 6 if you detail the interior. We get no time at all to work but are expected to deliver flawless results. I barely make enough to pay my rent with 2 roommates, fricken blows.
Now when you do these details Mitch, all I think about is if I needed a ride somewhere and I had to sit in this car. I would rather walk there. Even if it takes 2 hours 😂
I used to drive a Chevy cruze diesel. It was so fun bringing it into the mechanic, and seeing the pure shock on their faces, when they looked at the engine
As nice as that would be, wouldn’t that potentially bring insurance issues if anything touched went wrong? It’s a tough call… not sure how it would go in Canada
Holy Moly! I thought the exterior paint was navy blue. Turns out it’s a beautiful charcoal/graphite! Kudos on getting this one looking awesome! 🎶🎸🎵 Johnny be good!
If I ever had a car that was that messy and I took it to someone, I’d lie and say I just bought it from someone for super cheap. I’d never own up to allowing my car to get to that point.
How do you use steam without damaging the leather, I attempted it on my seats and it started to strip the dye off, they are 25 years old so that could be the issue but was the steam too hot maybe?
I think this is a compliment but whenever I watch your videos I feel very calm, like I’m not anxious or stressed out anymore and it’s nice for a change because I’m always anxious and tense because of it.
I bet he saves a ton of money on gas after getting rid of all that extra dirt, garbage etc. Great job love Your channel keep them coming God Bless You May The Lord Keep You Safe And Healthy
When I was eight you inspired me to deep clean cars so one time I went outside and then I went to go clean my dad‘s car because like it was very old it was like probably like 17 years old and then I made it look like brand new and my dad was like wow you made it brand-new again it looks so clean and then I was like thank you
I don’t know who needs to hear this but…..There is a trash can in front of NEARLY EVERY building/establishment/store that you go into. There is no excuse for having a pile of trash in your car. You don’t even have to take it all at once! Just one piece at a time over the course of a week or whatever. Stop being lazy and throw your piece of trash away as you’re walking into literally ANYWHERE.
I used my Infiniti G37 for the same reason as the guy in the video for beekeeping and my car was spotless yes I had pollen and syrup on my leather seats!! and what not but like you said every place has trash cans lmao
not to answer for him lol, but he's said before that he does extract them to get as much of the water out as possible, then lets them air dry the rest of the way!

I like your systematic approach! If you do the same outline each time you'll get the same results! This is the training I got from Blue coral, when I managed their detail set up at a fairly big auction.
At the auction I'd find$20 to $40 in change every day 🤣 miss those days lol
Dealerships would never dream of the work that this man does.
Lol you haven’t seen the cars dealership get
In fairness, I don't know what Mitch charges, but I know damn well I don't get paid enough to deal with that
(I'm not full on detail.
Lol
@@jonathanbenning2369 yea I’ve had cars come in with throw up trash and the big one is dog hair it’s everywhere and can only clean 80% of it
I love how good the seats looked after you worked your magic!
Great job Mitch!😍
I work at a care dealership nothing surprises me and I see what is brought in first hand . Some people are not embarrassed at all . Have a great day and keep doing your awesome work
I'm still trying to wrap my mind around that vacuum dump..🤣👍 thats insane!! You did an amazing job, as always!!! Keep it up brother!🤙🤙
still can't believe he tolerates those dust clouds just for the vid. I would be spraying every bucket with some water to stop it entirely
@@schwig44 God it sure was a lot to be around!
Leather steaming is my new favorite thing. That was insane!
Perfect amount of talking and quietness just to make the video amazing for relaxing, perfect voice too man, amazing music choices and overall elite content truly a masterpiece channel with a master at his finest work.
Can we see how your sealant sheds water after it’s been applied? Curious on the durability and would like to see it in action!
You buy first then demonstrate on you own car
@TheDetailGeek : It amazes me at how dedicated you are in creating such a creative niche in a very simple, yet, principle concept.
My hats off to you. You have every honor and reservation to create a brand new studio! I hope everything runs smoothly in getting the new studio built, you MORE than deserve it!
All of this, from the music to the detailing to the editing and video format is PERFECTTTTTRR
Just discovered you, idk why it's so satisfying to watch the pressure washer transform but I'm hooked. Thanks.
Not sure but how do people live with this kinda car? That’s just plain disrespect to the car
I'm truck driver I've seen people use their truck as a restroom, never leave truck for more than 24 hours!
@@MSword-si4dg i agree with trucks but this is a car lol and this person isn't living in his car
Indeed. Compared to these vehicles that Mitch does, my car is a five star when it comes to cleanliness. Good lord, these are certified disasters!
@@MSword-si4dg The worst is finding used tampons.
For some people a car is purely functional; as long as it starts, goes & stops - all's good.
Quanto trabalho, quanto capricho! Pensei que não teria fim... Parabéns! Trabalho sempre perfeito.
I absolutely love watching your videos, the results are amazing. I love seeing the before and after shots. I really admire you for what you do ❤️
I feel a bit sad when I read comments that are roasting or shaming the owners for their messes.
Disagreed. We are humans , don't loose your dignity !
@@petermolnar2311 post a video of your car
I agree. While I personally wouldn't let my car get this bad, I'm not about to judge others. You never know what someone has going on in thier life. The comments of his videos are super judgemental
I'm glad that the owner told you that the powder stuff was pollen substitute, because I definitely thought it was like... Kraft Dinner cheese powder and I couldn't fathom what had happened, or how lol
Beautiful job as always, sir - I'm so excited for your new detailing studio!! Thank you for letting us see the progress :-)
That powder is Kratom definitely.
When you expressed gratitude for leather seats, I was disappointed - I LOVE the Bissell doing its thing! I was like "Aww, the Bissell's not working overtime today!" 😢
Seriously though, glad you had an easier time of it thanks to that feature, considering the mess!
Great to see you doing what you love and now you're heading to bigger things! Keep it up, you're more of an inspiration then you know Detail Geek!
Yeah so true
@@simiep4459 I don’t agree with that. Being clean doesn’t cost a thing.
Kindly grow up, and be more considerate, thank you
@@ogalief when it's raining, my father puts a cardboard on the floor so the mud doesn't mess it
I really LOVE the music you play in the background. It's really relaxing, along with watching you clean of course. Addicting videos!! Thanks for the awesome quality content!! :)
This is amazing. You motivate me to keep my isF looking mint all the time, and I’ve learned so much watching you. Keep it up.
I've been detailing for years but watching you work I'm like you make it look so relaxing lol and I'm learning some tricks from you too. Keep up the good work. 👍🏽
Can't wait to see your new building! Congrats!!
I understand he works out of his car but he could still keep it clean! Great job on the transformation!
@@DaddysBoyOtis whatever!!
The owner is going to be shocked at the transformation - I enjoy your work ethic and focus. BTW the orange on the leather looked like a vintage burnt orange.
Driver mustve been like “ill get this cleaned tomorrow” for some long months, i cant believe someones car can look like that
Pov: he does an amazing job, but you can't help but stare at the smallest imperfection
I know your pain, our boss says it should only take two hours for two people to do a complete: engine, buff, wax, interior, everything. Lol
WOW Mitch you really did an amazing job on this Cruze, that was a nasty one for sure. Well done. Ottawa
I instinctively held my breath when you were dumping the vacuum into the trash lmao, great job as always!
I own a Chevy Cruze & I didn’t recognize this one. I had to do a double take after you said the what model it was! What a transformation!!
Now when you do these details Mitch, all I think about is if I needed a ride somewhere and I had to sit in this car. I would rather walk there. Even if it takes 2 hours 😂
Hello. So my question is what kind of music and/or playlist do you use for all the detailing clips? Thank you and you are the best Mitch!
It might be Royalty Free or something similar. Just don't quote me on it, since I don't know for sure
I used to drive a Chevy cruze diesel. It was so fun bringing it into the mechanic, and seeing the pure shock on their faces, when they looked at the engine
We need this in 4K :)
Do you ever do light maintenance on a vehicle, such as filling low tires with air, tightening something that’s loose; etc?
As nice as that would be, wouldn’t that potentially bring insurance issues if anything touched went wrong? It’s a tough call… not sure how it would go in Canada
If I remember, he doesn't. He just cleans the car and reports any mechanical issues to the owners.
I’m stressed, feeling helpless and demotivated, I just needed relaxing content. New sub! Thank you.
No need for doctor when you get free therapy from this guy. Absolutely love your videos ❤️.
Te miro siempre desde Argentina pa, sos un capo, y ese auto medio raro el dueño jajaja tenía cosas raras 🤣 buen video seguí así maestro, un abrazo
So gratifying to see the transformations that take place in your shop.
I’m about to get a “new” used car. This is inspiring.
@11:14 he’s making you clean his car to hide his cocaine stash
I think this is a compliment but whenever I watch your videos I feel very calm, like I’m not anxious or stressed out anymore and it’s nice for a change because I’m always anxious and tense because of it.

Exactly. Lol
When you do the floor mats with pressure washer do you extract the left over water or just let them dry?
not to answer for him lol, but he's said before that he does extract them to get as much of the water out as possible, then lets them air dry the rest of the way!
This guy is so responsible with his jobs like good job! 😊
Would be cool to see the owners reactions to there vehicles at the end of the video, I know some of them don’t want to be filmed but you can always ask😉
He does ask. Pretty last weeks video had the owners reaction. He includes them when they give him permission.
