What a muddy mess that was! Sure looks good cleaned up though! Have a great weekend everyone and don’t forget to go check out the NEW Yard Geek video!! 💥
Awesome videos!! I've always wanted to ask, what was the most money/change that you collected from a car? Or the most valuable item found inside a car?
Have you ever had to clean a Mustard Yellow Mitsubishi Mirage or a Smart Fortwo Convertible? The Mitsubishi is standard because the engine is in the front. However, the Smart car is a totally different story. Its engine resides underneath the trunk. It's also a seriously weird car. I have had both vehicles.
Man that rear of the car sure needed a cleaning! 😂 between the inside and out, this is one of the best details I’ve seen. Have a nice weekend Mitch and DG fans!
Your videos are ones I share with my dad, it keeps us connected seeing clean cars! I also really appreciate using PPE while you use chemicals and steam - it’s so important for your health but also for others to see you doing it. Thanks for your content ❤
While waiting for warm weather I watched Mitch. Finally it came! Using his tips, techniques and products, I now have a "detailed" car. Is it "Mitch Perfect", nope but it looks so much better. I turn 70 in July so to do this is a real task but with what Mitch shows us to do helped me get it done. Got compliments on how good it looks and smells. The Chemical Guys have a new car smell spray that's amazing! Thanks Mitch for challenging us to do the best we can and providing products that helps us do it.
Tried watching other detailing channels but honestly this channel is by far the best. The content is top notch and the production quality is top notch. Oh and with the wheels in this video you can only work with what is given to you. Keep up the great videos.
Dirty lemon to clean lemon!!😂😂😂💜💜💜 The pre wash rinse on this one was SO GOOD. All the mud…all the clean car slowly appearing…bliss. Now I can go get ready for work. Superb work as always!👍🏻👍🏻
I LOVE seeing the transformations of these hard working vehicles, INCLUDING the kid haulers! My mom used to babysit and he little station wagon was always a mess.
Sir I have a tip for you, on those tuff stains on the carpets that won't come out with your other products, try, using regular Coke cola on it, carnival workers use the Coke cola to remove pine tar from their work clothes, also you can use it to remove oil from your driveway, for the driveway use a 2 liter bottle of coke and mix it with baking soda, scrub the driveway with a stiff brush wait for a few minutes and then rinse But I ( French -creole) grauntee you it Will remove the oil, and transmission fluid form your driveway it May take a few applications But it will be gone... Hope this will help you with your business. Respectfully yours, Donna Lane Kingman Az USA
Hi Mitch. I've probably seen all your videos. And it's just impressive how since day one you just don't stop going for perfection every single time. Great job 👍!
This may seem weird, but seeing the interior of this truck gave me a huge wave of nostalgia. My dad has always worked hard labor jobs, and the inside of his truck looked a lot like this. The empty bags of beef jerky and klondike bar wrappers from quick gas station stops between jobs. The can of wd40 just because it's always a good thing to keep around. The only thing this yellow truck is missing are the empty cartons of red Seneca cigarettes my dad always had thrown around. 😂
Great Job Mitch. I love you doing these older cars, seems more satisfying to me. The cars aren't perfect in the end due to corrosion, but look amazing still!!
WOW!!!! That was a lot of mud!!!!! Mitch: you did a fantastic job on this beautiful, bright, yellow, "work car." How do you manage to stay clean and dry after detailing such a dirty vehicle? Have a great weekend.
My car looks like I live in it during the school year because I commute to college, and cleaning it isn't my priority, but before summer starts I deep clean my car and refresh it. Not as quality of a detail as here but I work on cleaning everything as best as possible with the tools I have
I love your detail videos. I grew up with a daddy who ALWAYS kept our vehicles more than just clean. I love how you use gloves and a respirator to keep yourself safe. (guess that’s the nurse in me. lol) I would recommend though that you consider protecting your ears as well. I don’t know how loud it is in your garage, but hearing is a big deal. You don’t realize how much the little things that are almost constant have a long term effect on your hearing. Again, I love your videos and look forward to the new ones. 😊
I have the same xterra same year, same colour, but mine has a factory lift kit. That car has a special place in my heart. Seeing another one getting cleaned is so satisfying as mine is parked in a different country
Wow, what an experience just to see the first minutes, when that yellow comes through. Our mail service DHL has such an incredible yellow for his cars and bicycles in Germany.
Wow! Awesome job!! Can see that yellow Canary driving up from miles away! 😂 Always wondered about why you used the slanted attachment instead of the bigger round attachment to vacuum up, get it now! Thanks for explaining it! Meticulous cleaning, as always! Going to Yard Geek now to learn how to install irrigation for our land in Hawaii! 👍👍
Bro you are the GOAT in detailing, nobody does it better 💪🏽 you never fail, your job is incredible. you are my idol foreal 🙏🏽keep up the amazing work 👏🏽
Mitch! I have to say that it's been a joy watching your progress over the past few years, you really have done some amazing things and I feel privilaged to have witnessed it! keep up the great work and i really mean this Thank You!
I cannot believe how good that Xterra looks! It’s almost 25 years old and cleaned up brilliantly. If you just swapped out that front bumper and got some new rims that yellow submarine would look epic 😊
Good job! Love to see videos like this, regarding the "mysterious blue stain" it appears to be in the same location where the heel of the driver's shoe would be, over time it made a mark....
Hey DG, that exterra was "filthy", and, that's the nicest word I can use here to describe it's appearance before the fact! Washing the mud off was an absolute blast (ha-ha) to see happen-instant gratification towards the end product! Great work!👍😀🤭
Phenomenal!!! I would cross the border and come get this vehicle. You made this vehicle look new again. I could use it here in N.C. Much love from Charlotte. 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥
Very glad to see you cleaning the center console up on a table, rather than bending over to do it on the shop floor. You can never be too good to your back!
Wow what a difference that must be. This color reminds me of the Vegas Golden Knights colors. Yellow or Gold in reality it looks awesome. Great job Mitch looks awesome 😎
For polished aluminum you can use 0000 steel wool too remove most of the rust. It’s a long process but results are great in most cases. Works on chrome too. I’ve got to go to the big box store and get some for my exhaust tip
Great job as always ! And what a gorgeous looking car, it has a rugged elegance to it, in my opinion. It reminds me of the 90s Range Rover, really beautiful.
It was difficult to say whether the worst was inside or outside the car, but you managed to fix everything. And no need to ask a third time, I'm going directly to the other channel now.
Great job you really made that Xterra look great. I have a question for you. I’m an Uber driver and some of my floor mats. There’s not a problem really cleaning them, but the one on the passenger side has been pushed up under the seat so much it is now permanently bowed, do you have any tips or suggestions to help me get straighten back out or is it a lost cause and I should get new floor mats? I really wish you could detail my car because I know it would come out great and mine is not nearly as much of a disaster as the ones you do and that’s thanks to you and your videos
Looking at the wet mud, this must be the video that people accused him of staging his videos. I used to live on a dirt road so I definitely know this struggle. Awesome transformation.
The transformation of these vehicles especially with the interior is just amazing. I do have a question though. I recently bought a 2000 Chevy S10 and it needs and it needs some TLC when it comes to paint (I don't think its ever been waxed. The hood and roof need to be repainted. The clearcoat is failing on the hood and the paint is cracking on roof. My question is, can I wax the hood and roof to prevent them from getting any worse until I can get the whole truck repainted?
The lemon colored Xterra turned out really nice. I too like the mud being sluiced away by the power washer. Lots of tools and wiring in the truck, I am sure this person was an electrician. There was a tow hitch, so maybe they have a small trailer that they tow. The interior was pretty grungy, but you cleaned it up well. Kudos for removing the entire console to clean. You are so cool when you take the cars apart and brave. I don't know if I could hook up the seats and interiors the way you do it with such ease. That was a heavy pour on the brown water from the extractor, but it was bad inside. Great work. I was a bit late to this party because I was busy watching the new Detail Geek video which was great! I might have to watch it again. So cool to see your progress. Have a great weekend Mitch!!!! 💜 #MikeRules, #Mike4Mayor
Glad you enjoyed the Yard Geek video!! Yep this was a fun, but nasty one! Thankfully the seats and console came out with ease, just a couple bolts. Got something a little different for you guys next week! 😎 have a great weekend Joel!
Love the videos, Mitch! I usually have to mute the music though cuz it's a bit much. Can you choose a different genre sometimes? Great work on your yard BTW. I can't wait to see its completion. Awesome videos!! I've always wanted to ask, what was the most money/change that you collected from a car? Or the most valuable item found inside a car?
Give this a try: Chrome parts, use grade #0000 steel wool with soap and water.
Ur amazing absolutely 💯

What year was this vehicle again??? The mud must have been protecting it as it looks pretty damn good for gravel roads!

With that amount of mud, you can now grow potatoes inside your garage.
The way you said that made it sound like he unlocked a skill up in-game 😂😂

What a transformation. The vehicle looks amazing and popping in this yellow colour. Good job
Most people won’t buy a yellow car because they think it’s a lemon but that was a nice looking shade of yellow. Great job on that detail 👍
It used to be nobody bought yellow vehicles because they didn't want to be confused for a taxicab.
Tbh it's making me think about baywatch the nostalgia.. 💛
I just bought my second yellow car.
I hope your pressure washing goes well I’m so satisfied by your videos your pressure washing is amazing
The instant gratification... BIG facts! 😍
Hey Mitch!! , when can we expect to see some more of those epic owner reactions again? We've been missing them! Keep up the awesome content
You won't see them because it's all staged now. These cars are all purposely made filthy so he has content for his videos.
Great Job Mitch. I love you doing these older cars, seems more satisfying to me. The cars aren't perfect in the end due to corrosion, but look amazing still!!
Since I've moved to the country my poor car hasn't seen clean in almost two years! Keep up the good work!

Great job by the way!

Someone should introduce DG to Powerwash Simulator.

Great detail, Mitch. Reminds me of my first xterra 2001, sold it, got a 2010 which is still with me. Both 4x4 with a manual transmission.
Loved the power wash, so satisfying! Another amazing transformation Mitch!

Not so great, the under part of the car cant be cleaned properly without using a bridge.

when you use the apc + steamer on the interior plastics, i actually prefer you do it on the table instead of the ground because the shots look better
