Jessica, thank you for the 5 minute segments. I am trying to get back into a routine and these are perfect. I am doing my best to manage chronic pain. The stretching is so good for me and I don’t have to feel like I am giving up minutes into a little workout. On ‘good days’ I have added another 5 minute video and I even went for a ten minute video the other day - I hit pause, but got through it. There’s such a great feeling in completing something-sounds silly as it’s 5 mins. but we all have to meet our bodies where they are today - not where they were pre-injury. Many thanks.
