I prefer an X350. BTW, it is electronically limited to 250kmh. I had a guy remove the limiter, I was at a bit over 280kmh. Maybe I could squeeze a few more out of it, but would need all of the road for myself. Also, I am not sure how safe it is at those speeds, I did not feel as confident as in my Corvette, for example.
I agree. I've had this car at 130mph. It felt more planted than other cars from the era, I would say comparable to my E39 528i sport. It was not as stable as my SS 1LE or even my Challenger. I think that's to be expected though.
@@mattquerio not really expected, at least not by me. I also have a W124, 270kmh no problem. You feel like watching TV in your living room. Very boring experience. But with Jag, I'm not sure, it just did not feel safe and glued to the ground as much as the W124 or Corvette especially.
Lincoln and cadillac don't have anything like this car at that time sorry the northstar had nothing on this engine. The XJR V8 supercharger was vicious . A sneaky fast car
my favorite jag by far. got an 03 XJR black on black. The 03 was really the left over 02's. Would never buy a new jaguar if I had the money.
I agree. I'd love a black on black XJR. They truly look sinister.
I love these
I remember when they first came out
I was just starting to drive
Same here. I got my license in 1999. I still recall the reference to this car in the movie "Little Nicky."
Just bought a 1999 xjr and though it has been a nightmare still gotta admit love the car
They're so damn cool!
My xjr has great power love this car so much.
What color is yours?

I agree. This car is such a sleeper of its era!
Beautiful. You know the saying; a man like you with a Jag gets a girl like me...
It seems to attract mostly middle aged men to be honest 🤣
True, but older men have maturity, money and take time to please their women ;)@@mattquerio
@@mattquerioand older😂
Jags turned ugly in 2003.
I agree in terms of sedans.
2004 they changed but in the UK, they changed for the year 2003..
