      the big book of marathon and half marathon training authors are Bart Yasso Amby Burfoot

    Great video. I'm thinking of returning to running after a broken ankle 7 years ago. I still suffer swelling so it's not strong but with support I and run walk run would help fitness and mentally.

    Jeff Galloway is awesome!!! I met him several years ago, when he came to New York--and got to do a two mile run/walk with him in Central Park!!! He is so inspirational!!!! Keep up the great work, Jeff!!!

    I get confused-is the pace mentioned in the ratio list the pace you are supposed to run during the run phase?

    There are also two Coca Cola stops at the Richmond, Va. marathon. They have done this since I've been running it.

    When I look at the marathon training example, it says 30 minute run on Tuesday and Thursday. Is this to be done as run/ walk or should it be a 30 min. run?

      I'm not sure, but I do run/walk for all of my running and it has been amazing! I did just 2 miles this morning and did run walk
