Great video Michelle and Larry!!! I went through so many shoes in the beginning not wanting to spend money. It took me about 4 pairs to figure out You get what you pay for. 7 years later my addiction to shoes is getting worse lol. My wife thinks I’m crazy but that’s ok. Keep the shoes coming. Let’s face it. All runners got a little crazy in them. After speaking with Larry I’m back in hoka cliftons for my long/easy runs. Nike’s for (virtual) race day.
As someone who runs in a no cushion barefoot shoe(xero) I agree you shouldn’t wear them based on people’s claims. I wear them because it hurts my feet to run in shoes that don’t bend as much as my feet do when I run. Wear what works for your feet.
