I'm so impatient. I haven't been following the training plan for my 5k coming. I didn't walk/run. I've been just trying to run slow and then pick up the pace gradually. It has not worked well. Now I have a 5k on the 20th of this month, and I'll be lucky to finish in 40 minutes. So it'll just be a learning experience. Thank you for the video.
