My X6100 connects to wifi fine, but for the life of me I can't get WFview to work properly. Most of the time it just completely fails to connect to the radio and on the rare occasions it does, it's unstable and not usable in any way. The VFO frequency may match or I get a broken snippet of audio playing from the computer, but nothing useful or consistent. FWIW, it behaves the same way via USB/serial port. I know the wifi is connected as I can update the clock via NIST. I can also connect to the radio fine with a terminal, browse the directory structure, etc. Using the latest firmware I'm aware of, App v1.1.7, Base v1.1.6. I rather like the radio, buggy and quirky as it is, but some things just flat out don't work. Glad I bought it cheap!

Can you test the voice keyer playback, post firmware upgrade.
Just returned mine. New firmware bugged the voice keyer audio.

WiFi not most sensitive. Requires a reasonable signal to detect. You have to keep pressing the search button several times. Say every 10 seconds and you will start to see your routers. I also think it only searches while it says searching. Not long enough.
