😅the therapy speak sparked a memory, I was freshly divorced from an addict/alcoholic and on an out of town trip with my new partner, a man I had known since high school, we were in our late 20's We were in a beach town, driving around one way squares in traffic looking for parking and he had to pee so hopped out and ran into a bar to use the bathroom My ex used to get drunk quickly when we would go out because every time he went to the bathroom or had to take a call, he was also stopping by the bar for shots. I only found out when a bartender did me a solid once and brought his tab over to the table, to me while he was still away Anyway, when my friend/partner came out, I felt like he had taken too long and asked him, if he had gotten a drink, he just busted out laughing and said that a hole really messed me up and reassured me that, no, he had not😅 That's how I learned about my trauma response and that's how I was regulated😅snapped me right out of it, that's what a decent man can do

AND HES COME TO REALIZE THAT MOST MEN DONT EVEN DESERVE A WOMAN AND IF YOU ARECA MAN WITH A GOOD ONE , ITS THE GREATEST GIFT THE UNIVERSE CAN GIVE A MAN.
