Thanks Bandrew. I have kind of a unique situation where I need to connect to 2 computers with a single mic, but not because I stream. It's because I am incapable of buying a "good enough" mic for work (I just can't do a headset for 9 hours a day any more, but IEMs work fine), and then another for my desktop (the Earthworks Ethos calls out to me in my sleep). So instead I have my SM7B, which I picked up in mint condition for $280 (gotta love Reverb and the insane number of music stores in New Jersey) running on GoXLR Mini that I won in a contest so I can have a roughly $600 retail price sound output that my customers can hear on the $1 speaker on their phone. I use a Presonus IO24 that I got as a demo model from Sweetwater, with use an ARTcessories splitter to split the mic between the two interfaces. Works well enough for my needs, both allow me to take audio chain processing off my less than powerful PCs. So I'm glad to have someone whose opinion I value finally reviewing this. Might just be able to sell the two interfaces, reclaim some desk space, and sound great in a $1 cell phone speaker at the same time. Thanks for all you do :)
It would be better if you did the mute AAAA mute AAA a few more times so I too could get the point. Seriously though. This looks very nice and for the price the Connect 6 goes for, I am seriously considering looking at it for a dual PC streaming setup. Currently using the Soundcraft Signature 12 MTK which is really nice, but has no software other than the drivers, and you need something like a dbx 286s per input to get functionality it has for real time processing. I have been very curious about the PreSonus StudioLive 16.0.2 USB as well, but costs a lot more. The RØDECaster Pro 2 looks very interesting as well, and it does have more inputs than the Connect 6, but costs a lot more too. Edit: This was a good video! I also like 40 min videos, but I understand putting this in its own.
Hey Bandrew! Is it possible for this year that you can make some softwares reviews in this channel or your main channel? I just got the Antares Mic Mod plugin, and I'd like to know your thoughts about it and other mic and voice related plugins. I hope you can do it, thank you for your content!!
Sorry Bandrew, I posted this in your main review also: Are the settings in the Control Center, specifically the DSP settings, saved in hardware so that they can be carried over from one computer to another? That would be super helpful for me since my work computer doesn’t allow non-approved software to be installed. Thanks!
Is it me or is the audio from the preamp kinda thin sounding, like not full.. your voice sounds better on SSL2 and audient ID14, im trying to decide for an interface for my NT1 signature series
Yes. I have been using this for a few days for using my personal (Main USB) and Work computer (Mobile USB) simultaneously in my WFH setup. The 'Mobile' USB gives the computer a single input and a single output. Very simple and works great.
While the visual aesthetics of an interface don't matter in the grand scheme of things, I'd love to know why Lewitt engineers chose to make this thing look like this thing look like it was built in Minecraft or assembled from Legos. I imagine, given the demographic at which it appears to be aimed, it was more of a marketing decision.
I'm sorry it's not working out for you. If I am not mistaken, I mentioned this at 10:00 in this video. The output of your Mac should default to output 1/2. If you prefer to output to 3/4 or 5/6 you go to "Audio Midi Setup" select "Connect 6" and then "Configure Speakers" then you should be able to select Channel 3/4 or Channel 5/6. Channel 3/4 or 5/6 are mainly for software such as DAWS that allow you to route audio to specific output channels.
I've been living inside a French for the last 54 years, and I approve of your Le Duh.
Thank you! I just bought this interface, and your walkthrough of the software was very helpful.
Thanks Bandrew! Can't wait to see the interface review on your main channel later today :)
Super helpful Bandrew! I truly appreciate it 😊
I like the idea of putting the details here.
Thanks Bandrew.

Very good idea to do this kind of detailed video
I like you doing the secondary video

Lewitt Connect 6 Contro works only with Lewitt sound card ?
When I monitor the mic audio, I only get sound from 1 ear. Any suggestions?
But if I want to turn off monitoring from software app, and turn on software monitoring in Logic Pro DAW??
Can the mobile out USB be connected to another computer? This would be useful adding other streams.

Any noise suppression on this?
Bandrew can u make a review of the microphone weymic sm58 pls.

Unfortunately you did not mention that out 1/2, out 3/4, out 5/6 are not available on the Mac, I have purchased this item and I feel very sad.

Where can i get that software tho?
man, i just did a video about this device, I will have to tell people to watch this one.
To be honest I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get my mic only as input, and computer only as output to headphones.
I think it's because I cannot figure out how to control the audio coming from the computer into the device. I would expect to see that as an input
It seems like what the computer gets is both Mix A and Mix B and you cannot change that?
Alright, I think I got it. Set Headphone to Out 1/2, and disable both A/B sends from Out 1/2
