Yes, Its connected, mostly the signal is hided. Check with the IP Address in the Laptop and verify it is automatically assigned. Even you can enable the signal view from the menu. Thank you so much for your great support.
Hello Gary, I had the same issue, go to the services tab on the RADIUS server then go to the AAA services tab and confirm that the correct password “user2Pass” is in the password box, for some reason it was showing up as “User2Pass” just change the capital “U” to lowercase then hit the save button and you should be good.
@@TechAcad I got same issue. I could not get the wireless card on Laptop2 to connect. I checked and rechecked every setting. Everything looks good, but cannot get Laptop 2 to connect. I had the exact same issue on previous PT exercise where I could not get a laptop to connect. It was as if the wireless network card wasn't turned on or something. I think this is a problem in Packet Tracer for some people, depending on what version you're running.

@@JasonEngland Same. Can't get the Services tab in RADIUS Server to show up either, so it must be a version thing.
If you go to the dhcp configuration you can change the maximum useable addresses from 5 to 10 and it fixes the problem
