Installed the 18k unit, everything looks good, triple check all wiring, etc. Grab remote and … nothing. the remote has power, yet not a peep and glow from the indoor unit, nor the compressor/heat pump outside. What is the ailment? Why won’t the unit turn on? troubleshooting page in manual mentions two potential issues, and yet none of the four appear to be the issue hear? It appears that the remote is not communicating with the unit, and/or the unit is defective. Emailed company. No response from Hessaire yet. Please help!
In the video around the 6 minute mark, she installs the power into the right hole, but in the still frame wiring diagram in the next scene it's on the left???
This system sucks balls. I bought it at Home Depot or Lowe’s and it says comes pre charged guess what it doesn’t come pre charged no refrigerant. Oh yeah doesn’t even come with a power cord to connect to power. None of them do. Had to get someone out here to charge it twice. Never buy this system.
