    Watching your videos has convinced me to do the diff mount upgrades. Just ordered the parts from Verkline here in the UK. I have not heard of them before but the reviews are good. So new shiny parts are in the post and much swearing and grazed knuckles await.

      Definitely a worthwhile upgrade and lol no nod is complete without a little swearing

    When I bought my Santorin Blue it came with this mount. I always thought there was something wrong with the rear differential. You could hear a faint whine at high speeds. When I swapped the rear mount over to my Pearlescent White the same whine was there at high speeds. So just be aware that is the only thing annoying about the mount. Not that I care because I don't daily it, and I know you don't lol. If anyone daily's their b5s4, it definitely is not worth it. You do feel less vibration in the rear, definitely stiffens things up.

      Thanks for the heads up in that. I definitely do t daily it like you mentioned but we’ll see

      The same whining problem here. At first, I thought the reason was the super expensive fresh diff oil, so I dumped it and changed it to something cheaper with factory thickness. It was almost a year ago but it still hurts.

    STERN ftw. Also lifetime, easily rebuild able, and better than 034 imo

    One of these days, you should grind down those welds on your pipe coming off that intake manifold. Smooth that all up, and make it look a lot cleaner. 👌

      Actually building a whole new manifold this winter so that’ll be gone

    Hey brother quick question, preserved the same diff mount, and wanted to know does it feel after the install? Do you get a lot of vibration after certain speed ? Anything would be help full, amazing videos your videos dude 🔥🔥

      Hey man. I did get a some vibration and ended up using an 80 durometer rubber pad between the diff and the chassis
      Solved the issue.

    What catch can are you running? The ones I've looked at for my 2.7t dont use vaccum

    • @CIPGAS
      @CIPGAS  9 месяцев назад +1

      It’s a Mishimoto catch can. Can be used in any platform just need to make the lines

      It’s a reiger RS4 replica bumper. Bought on Amazon when they had it available.

    Do you find those fans are enough to keep the vr6 cool? Where did you take your oil feed for the turbo? Keep up the vids.

      There is an 11” fam on the backside of the radiator as well and in combination with the 3 fans it does a pretty good job. In very hot weather it would hold temps 195-205f

    What’s up my brother hope you doing well and I was wondering if you where using EmuBlack with PnP harness back when you had the v6 original turbo, I’m asking because we just installed that set up on my S4 and bro the base map ECUMaster provided is all mess up and we are having a hard time getting the car to have spark

    • @CIPGAS
      @CIPGAS  3 месяца назад +1

      Hey man thanks!
      I didn’t run the emu black on the 2.7t so not much experience there. But I would give a solid check to the trigger logs to make sure the cam sensor and crank sensor are synced
      That was causing no spark issues with the vr6 at first

      @@CIPGAS Dude for real that why I was reaching out because I was having soo much trouble with the coil pinout and the trigger tooth and some VR sensor and all bunch of weird crap, I had to contact them and they noticed that it was all mix up in the base map and Chris fix it and went the extra mile tuning all tables to have it perfect for tuning, and my weird problem now is with can hi and low been short out or not there and I could switch canbus off and turn green and switch on and says canbus error with technical support and it seems within the wiring where the problem is but the funny shit is that if I plug my original box the rpm works and not with EMUBLACK wth

    ECS tuning branded stuff is cheap China garbage. Trust me been there done that. Your better off making your own bushing for that mount.
