I got denied for my f1 visa but then someone sent me an invite to come on a B1/B2 visa do I stand a chance of getting the visa or my F1 visa denial will affect
So what if I was given an invitation, and they asked my purpose? After telling them that I have been invited to this and this event, can I go ahead and show my invitation letter or not?
Pls I was denied after administrative processing after the consular reviewed my invitation letter which was given to me by my agent without alerting me that the letter is not valid. Pls can l apply again with genuine invitation letter?
Do not try to reapply now . Give sometime months or a year preferably. If apply immediately you will look desperate for them like an immigrant . And remember you have been flagged so your next visa application should be solid !
I was denied on Wednesday on b1b2 I want to apply next week again as am going for my sister wedding by August. Is it too soon to reapply. Will the timing lead to another refusal
