I've never had an invitation to a foot exam and I lost sensitivity in both my feet more than 10 years ago and I've just recovered from having a foot ulcer which just appeared one day after a few months of pain in the same area. The hospital podiatry staff were wonderful and once they started treatment it healed really quickly so I'm very grateful to them for their wonderful atitude and work.

I was t2d but after weight loss & diet now pre-Di. I've feeling in my feet, 6 out of 8 for circulation but still suffer cold feet which I manage through exercise and electric socks. I've been medically advised that the reason is my temperature regulator is not working properly. What do you think?
