Why are people ignoring the food issue?

Have the population become complacent? Do they think food just appears on the supermarket shelves?
I have journeyed to West Suffolk to talk to the bowler-hatted farmer, Mark Byford, to find out why people are just not interested in the most important issue that will effect their lives.
