What for and has it worked?
Yes the salt i learnt from Doug and Stacey called Sole Water and castor oil is used even with my older dogs cataract. My good friend using it to clear some skin conditions. I use it under my eyes and belly button for digestion.

Thank you, Richard and Barbara. I have been listening to you both for four years now. I live in a rural area in New Mexico where I get grassfed raw goat and cow milk, I raise free range chickens, fed non soy and non corn organic feed, grow my organic gardens and orchards. The hunters share their meaty bones and scraps for my dog and cats. They know no commercial meat. We are fortunate, but this is available to so many folks who seek it.
Kathleen you have a marvellous life in new mexico. I wish this was widespread.. Thank you for giving us hope it May encourage more people to live a life like yours..

Turning over a stone to find such a resource, and close to where we live, might just be a matter of inquiry. I am very fortunate and realize this. I first saw Barbara in front of an audience telling it how it was re Statins. The more I read and saw other great physicians saying the same thing. So under her advice I've stopped taking Statins. I don't feel any different, but by doing this, I will reduce the risk of losing my memory and developing Alzheimer's disease.

Swelling of ankles and legs can also be a factor, which are not good, bye bye to this particular medication.

I remember one of my friends from primary school. We both went home at lunchtime and lived 100 yards apart. Me for my oxtail soup bulked out with chopped boiled potatoes (loved it!) But 'Linda' would sit around the family table of ten at the rear of their farm veg shop and eat meat and veg from the fields every day. Crumble and custard for pudding. Divine to see and even better to smell as I waited in their living room waiting to walk back to school.
Those were the days.....
I was at the conference and it was absolutely fantastic. It was so lovely to meet Barbara and of course you Richard. I learnt so much. Looking forward to next year's conference.

My children didn't have half of these interventions.. Had some illnesses and are still here... I was persuaded to get my youngest have the measles jab.. Wow. Allergic reaction... Help given..no... "Just a reaction'. Give some calpol... Was the advice... That's when I did some deep research and so should everyone.... My eldest had no shots after the first 6 months.. Very healthy only had mumps in his childhood and nothing else.. Without all the pressure. We are persuaded these shots are good for us.. My grandchildren have had none at all through their lives and are healthy and active ... We all survived the intervention in our arm and stayed healthy. While watching. Our friends get it and some died after taking it.. Tragic .....It's what you have personally experienced and you know what works for you... Everyone has choice...research.. Experience cannot lie🌞 have a great day..

Yesterday on Facebook I was taken back to see and read it was so sad to hear that Barbara O'Neill had passed away and showed a line of silver cars at the funeral. I texted back and said Barbara O'Neill is in Scotland doing a conference the next day she will be in London. Scammers are everywhere.
They are doing this with many famous figures that are alive and well.

Happy to see Barbara on your program! Re Fabric - it's difficult to find clothes made of natural fabric here in the US. Even mostly-cotton tee shirts have Spandex in them - to be more form-fitting. I buy Tees from a quality mail-order company because they have good all-Cotton tees...Etc. It's almost impossible to find 100% cotton denim Jeans. Etc.
Quality Food is somewhat easier to find.
I'm 77. I grew up in the country, running outdoors, and eating and cooking 'real' food. I've always cooked 'real' food, there's never been processed 'food' in my kitchen. My mother sewed lovely dresses for us, and the fabrics were always cotton or wool. So I've always resisted 'plastic' clothes. And I NEVER see doctors.

What an amazing gentlewoman of the first class, don't think she is woolly, there is a lioness behind all that wool. She speaks such sense. The bit about in the old days about doctors. That was the days you knew your doctor. My doctor in the day knew my grandmother, so he knew the whole family, then his son who became a doctor, knew the family history too. However times changed he sold the practice and then it became a health clinic and you were lucky to see the same doctor again. Time moved on and I left Ireland, made my new home Denmark. In my new country I went to a practice that had two female doctors and I felt I knew both and they knew me. At that time in the 90s, Denmark had the policy after antibiotic resistance that to get antibiotics it had to be very very serious. It was a very wise move, so I lived without any antibiotics for thirty yrs. Scroll back, I left Denmark to come back to Ireland and a lot of things have changed. Back to the health clinic. It seems to me, that antibiotics are the standard treatment here, which is fine if you need it. So the story goes, I had cut myself pretty badly and went to the local chemist and he said you should see the doc. So I went to the local medical centre. This is before covid, so it was fairly easy to get an appointment. Things since then have changed, almost impossible to see a doctor today. Anyway getting back to the story the doctor I saw, without washing his hands said you should have antibiotics for that. Told me the worst case scenario about one woman who didn't take his advice got sepsis. No sympathy, that I have had such a reaction in the past to antibiotics and I would rather not have that. I walked out of the office, worried I would get sepsis, but determined it was a risk I was willing to take. Im glad I did. Since then I have never wanted to see a doctor again.
