    Sashimi should be eaten with soy sauce. Tempura, tonkatsu, tempura, etc. are also eaten with something on it.

    The meat only needs a few seconds in the soup be careful not to keep in there to long.

    It's a terrible inn that doesn't accept tourists because of tattoos.

    I'm relieved that you enjoyed it.
    Even as a Japanese person, I think the prejudice against tattoos is ridiculous.
    I think it's influenced by the "wabori" tattoos of the Japanese yakuza. The tattoo world is full of pop art, too!
    Sorry, Japan is still lagging behind.
